Very strange heartburn issue

I hardly ever get heartburn, especially from foods that are supposed to cause it such as meats, eggs, cheese, oranges, etc..

However, 3 things will cause it for me. Carrots, almonds, and I just added a new one today. Watermelon. All things that are supposed to be less acidic and not cause heartburn. My body is so damn weird. Alcohol makes me hyper rather than being a depressant. Any relaxation or anxiety supplements that affect my gaba receptors does the opposite (causes anxiety).

How in the world would almonds, carrots or watermelon cause this? I do notice that the more often I eat almonds or carrots, the lesser the issue is. I haven't had watermelon for about 20 years and just tried some and it about killed me. Burned like hell for about 20 minutes. Maybe I'm not human.
