7's the key number here. Think about it. 7-Elevens. 7 doors. 7, man, that's the number. 7 chipmunks twirlin' on a branch, eatin' lots of sunflowers on my uncle's ranch. You know that old children's tale from the sea. It's like you're dreamin' about Gorgonzola cheese when it's clearly Brie time, baby. Step into my office.
Stay on topic shitheads. Take your stupid debate somewhere else. You're fvcking up a good mystery thread with your offtrack bickering. :|

anyway, so far we have:
chinese 4 is pronounced DEATH
and that he should definitely NOT do anywhere near a library (which is hard considering you drive right by one on the way to the office--he could go the back way though)
and calling the cops sounds like a good idea
any more? This is getting pretty interesting, albeit strange

Yea, dust the envelopes for fingerprints.
Pretty much pointless, though worth a shot. Unless you live in a small-ish city and the mail was sent within that city you're going to find probably 25 different prints from the people who handled it on the way to its destination. Which brings up an interesting point: if the person sending the letters was a post office worker and as such is expected to handle the letters, wouldn't you overlook him?

you could dust the inside for prints, i dont see what is so complicated about that.

One of my mom's co-workers (a doctor--my mom is a nurse) has been getting random letters in the mail with no return address. The letters have been addressed to him and his wife by name (first + last). Thus far he has gotten three of them.
Number one was a 4 of hearts playing card
second was a 4 cent stamp
Just yesterday was a cut out of the Library from the game "Clue" (it was actually cut out from the game board)
*NEW INFO* on one of the envelopes (my mom doesn't remember which), there was an upside-down number 4 in that corner where the return address should be
Can anyone connect these? Or is this just some random prank?
I think it is VERY strange...

i doubt the person behind this would leave prints, he seems highly calculated with a clear intention.

I think you mean "calculating", you made a good point but lost me with that![]()

as long as the letters haven't been passed around, couldn't the police fingerprint the stuff inside the envelope? Or if you still have the envelopes they could always DNA test the back of the stamp to see if anything shows up...not sure if they would do this though as nothing has really happened yet.

Hmm...or four lives [of one person possibly]? If you have a family of four, I'd be scared shetless. The four of hearts representing four lives makes perfect sense to me.
