2 bowls pasta with fake cheese, broccoli, and sauce. Sometimes with tofu.
2 bowls soy ice cream
3 cups chocolate soy milk
2-4 liters soda
1/4 loaf vegan bread
2 tblspoons peanut butter
That was about an average day. I was hungry *all* the time. The weight started coming off even faster when I moved back to Mississippi. They didn't have any soy products anywhere in my town.

You need MUCH MUCH more seeds, nuts, grains and greens in there. You should become much more healthy if you eat correctly..
When I started getting into the health craze, and decided to try it myself.. I ate nothing but fruit, vegetables and raw nuts/seeds for a week. Let me tell you, I had never felt better. I didn't realize that I felt sh!tty all the time until I felt better.
The eating healthy thing went on for about 6-8 months. I had never felt so good in my life..
I eventually slipped, and went back to my junkfood ways, although with a different perspective.. I try and stay away from the things that are really bad for you. Convienence food is just too damn.. convienent. :frown:

The first time I had fast food after that period was horrible. It felt like it just sat in my stomach for hours.. and it really made me feel like garbage.
