For all you guys saying its no big deal, what if someone came to the edge of your property, threw a big water balloon full of piss into the middle of your yard, and ran off? Would you be upset or say its "no big deal"?

The tree he was beside when he peed is IN my lawn with grass surrounding it. He stood with his back against the tree and urinated out into the grass.

I do contract work and sometimes have to pee at houses i'm at, but never behind a tree in sight of their window... I hike my ass so deep into the woods it looks like i'm going on a vision quest. Just think how unprofessional it would look if the client happened to see you doing that! It's really a matter of how much it bothers you, I doubt calling in will get him fired but the next time a package is delivered to your house and whatever's inside it arrives broken you'll know he got the message

A guy pissed in your yard. Calm the fuck down. At this rate, it'd be like I could come visit your home, yell so that you came outside, and stand there ready to take a piss, and make some demands. Essentially, I'd hold up your lawn... with my penis. How would you react to that?

If I had caught someone taking a piss in my yard, I'd yell at them and possibly throw something non-violently toward them, but wouldn't even worry about chasing them, let alone stressing about it. I've pissed in my backyard, and the grass never died.

Be careful about walking on your grass. Might trample it and kill some of it!

As funny as this thread is, I think it's equally hilarious that people are accusing the OP at overreacting to someone publicly urinating on his property. I mean, I wouldn't honestly care, but I don't care about my grass. I don't think it's unreasonable to get pissed off if your property gets pissed on.
