There is only one course of action. You must order something else to be delivered by UPS. On the day of delivery, you have a friend man the door and keep the driver busy. In the meanwhile, you go and pee on his truck.

If when giving me my package, he had asked to use the restroom because he had to go really bad, I would have let him. I don't mind when people use my toilets. I do mind, though, when people act like some untrained animal and treat my yard as some big diaper. There are woods about 20 feet away from where he peed. If he had walked those 20 feet into the woods and peed, I would not have a problem. But its the fact that he peed in the yard on my expensive sod where me and my dogs walk. There is no excuse for that sort of behavior.

man has been pissing on the ground for many many years.

I have a couple of problems with that:

1. Urine leaves yellow spots on the sod. That's why I taught my dogs to go in the leaves.
2. I don't want my dogs or myself walking through a grown man's waste.
3. If he did it today, there is no telling how many times he has done it when I am not at home.

LOL! It doesn't leave spots or do any harm and is gone shortly. Don't sweat the small stuff. This really is a non-issue.

Yeah seriously. Who cares? It doesn't leave spots on the sod, and even if it did, it wouldn't be any bigger than a small dinner plate and would quickly recover as long as it wasn't continuously pissed on. I doubt he has a favorite spot on your lawn, so you're probably fine.

The next time anyone asks to use my bathroom, I'm telling them to go use a tree.

And hey, at least it was just urine. Let's face it, you have to be a little worried every time you "pick brown."

Oh noes he pissed on grass. It's evaporated by now and is no different than any animal pissing in the yard. Do you soap up every spot in the grass that you let your dogs piss on? If no, do you feel trapped when you walk outside because the available grass you can still safely walk on is closing in on your sidewalk?

I wish my life was so simple and basic that this kind of thing would bother me. Really.

1. If in US sue for millions due to mental distress.
2. If in CAN Sue for next delivery free.

Urine KILLS grass. Ask dog owners, and landlords who allow pets.

1) unfortunately, whether you complain here, or to UPS or to whomever else, the spot will still be there. unless you expect him to come resod your lawn, there is nothing more you can do about this
2) the urine will evaporate quickly, or be washed away naturally. i wouldnt go rubbing my face in that area anytime soon, but we aren't talking about feces or anything.
3) if there really is 'no telling how many times he has done it', does it even matter then? that just proves it is inconsequential.

im sure if you mentioned it to him he would apologize and cease that behavior (tho I would be shocked if this is more than a one-time occurrence)

I would definately report or something, depending on your relationship with the man i guess. Here at work were pretty cool with our ups driver, and it would be harder to report him, but shoot its not very professional to pis in a clients yard.

*sigh* Do you not realize that urine causes dead patches and lawn burn due to the high levels of nitrogen that is released into the lawn through the urine? Google it if you don't believe me. And no, it doesn't take multiple uses on the same spot to cause permanent damage. Like I already said, I have taught my dogs to not go in the yard so this does not occur. I paid over $15000 to have my lawn sodded about two years ago so the last thing I want is some guy detracting from the cosmetic appearance I work so hard to maintain.
