Damn, this stuff JUST missed me in Ohio. I live in Garfield Heights, and it tore through Solon & Twinsburg which aren't that far from me. Hope everyone is ok.

I'm about 5-8 miles south of Millennium and the Skoorbs. Hasn't gotten here to my house in eastern Pelham yet due to the slant of the squall line. But when I ran to the quickie mart about 15 minutes ago to get a drink it looked absolutely NASTY back to the west. So far they're saying no major damage from the storm here in southern Birmingham. But the Skoorbs and Millennium are right in the firing line. They might be just a BIT south of where the tornado (at least on radar) is tracking.

EDIT: They just reported there were 3 fatalties north of Birmingham from one of the storms. :(

Appears fatality reports are starting to come in now. This is the worst part :(

Edit: Tornado developing near Gadsden. 100+ MPH winds. 3 Fatalities in MS. Many people trapped in homes in Central AL.

I wish I had a digital video camera because I'd love to show how strong the winds are here and the lightning to the north and west of us. It's VERY freaky and I'm used to severe weather since we get this stuff fairly regularly. This one looks rather bad. Usually when they group up into a squall line like this the individual storms weaken somewhat, but in this case they just seem to keep building farther and farther to the south without any major signs of weakening.
