I have to ask though, why would you need to do this multiple times? Is your diet 180 from this once you're done?

I might do something like this multiple times to see how much more fat I could lose but I'll probably only do something similar to this during the week and then cheat on the weekends.
 
Honestly, I think it's good that you lost the weight, but your body still looks the same. I think I see a LITTLE BIT of ab showing under your chest, but still... I think you need to add some lean mass to your frame. I'm 5'9", 168, so a little taller and heavier than you, and I can make out six abs without flexing. They stand out A LOT more when I do flex, plus two more at the bottom are as visible as yours at the top. Your body fat % is still 17% or more; at 163 pounds that's not very lean. I understand not everybody is going for abs, but you'd probably be doing yourself a favour both health and aesthics wise if you added some more muscle to your frame before losing any more fat.
