To be honest, I was pretty bloated because the few days before weigh-in I went to a lobster and prime rib buffet and then Sunday night I went to McD's for a double QPC meal and a filet-o-fish.

I weighed myself today to see how I'm doing after 1 week and I was down to 167 which probably is mostly due to water weight loss.

There will definitely be pics at the end but I was going to take a few today but we were in a hurry this morning leaving the house.

1/2 cup spinach, tomatoes, onions, mushrooms, peppers, ham
3 strips bacon
8 oz black coffee

lunch just now:

1 grilled chicken breast
1 cup beans sauteed in what looks like tomato sauce and oil, with onions and carrots
1/2 cup macadamia nuts

yesterday evening:

4 slices pepperoni
4 oz roasted tomatoes with olive and canola oil

then:

1 tbsp cashew butter
2 grilled pork chops

last night:

6 oz ground beef
1 cup tomatoes, lettuce, onions, mushrooms

this morning:

6 breakfast sausage links
1 tbsp cashew butter
1/4 cup macadamia nuts

2 oz cheese (this was unfortunately already in the chili, I forgot to order it without cheese)
