Damn... I mean some of you who received the wrong shipment.... ok... plan on it taking some time/work to get if "fixed". These scnearios just suck. However, it sounds to me like at least they "fixed" it.... in most cases!
But some of you guys want the price of just this side of stealing, AND the service of Walmart (hmmmm not sure that is a good analogy). Granted some of you have legitimate problems (delays due to wrong items shipped), but some of you just got your feelings hurt cause no one called you back to tell you how long GROUND shipping takes, or returned your email that was asking some likely retarded question.
I have ordered 5-6 times with SVC DURING the holiday madness, and ALL of my orders were at my door in 2-3 days and shipped via PRIORITY mail. All of them were perfect.
You have to remember the REASON you are getting sh!t at SUPER low prices is because they DON'T have a bunch of weenies hired to sit around and handhold. THEY ARE'nT PAYING THE PAYROLL BOYS. MEANS YOU GET A SUPER LOW PRICE. Live with that. Or don't order online from them, and get the super low prices.
I have NEVER once emailed a company to find out "when am I gonna get my "whatever". Never. I don't care.... As long as it eventually comes. I have never been burned. I also don't waste a bunch of resources whining and emailing back and forth. Sure its nice when something shows up on my door in 2-3 days (like when I have ordered from SVC), but I defenitely don't plan on that. I have spent likely your annual salary online, and not once have I called or emailed to complain or ask dumb questions, about ship time etc..
Anyway..... flame on... I like SVC so far. Oh... and they have crappy bumps at their front door, filthy rat infested lobby, no parking, and rotary dial phones too. Who gives a r@ts @ss. I am clicking on them for their prices... period. I don't expect ANY of what you would call "customer service". I'm a big boy... I can handle that.
OzzieGn is the exact kind of customer I would NEVER want. Keep on a movin. Guys/Gals like that, have it all backwards. You see it is the idiots like "Value America" who hire everyone and their grandmother to run the customer service, that go by the wayside. The internet is a place where you survive by using as little resource(s) as possible, to give the lowest price possible. F*ck customer service. God I hate customers like this guy. Nothing too personal...... I just can't stand that mentality. You want it all. Well guess what.... you can't have it all. Darn.

I like seein ya short out... and run to the BBB, and blah.. blah.... blah. Just curious.... how many times HAVE you run to the BBB, blah.... blah.... blah? And do you actually think buyers are that damn loyal....lol.... OMG... you're kidding right? They would drop your online store in a heartbeat if you could not offer SUPER LOW prices. I don't care if you send them a damn birthday card every year. What a crock.
