It did for me when I was purchasing a bunch of cabinet handles. When you buy a bunch of items from the same seller, as long as it's BIN then when you checkout in Paypal it will list all the items and apply the discount to the entite purchase.

haha, i can't believe so many people are complaining. tomorrow ms could decide to shut off the tap and the % would be zero. i like the deals i've gotten at various times, from 8%-25%. Regardless of the %, I've always gotten the item below retail, and I've saved hundreds.

Eh? Did the cashback suddenly become faster? I bought something off ebay yesterday, and I just checked my email today-apparently the cashback was already sent to my paypal account. It used to take like 2 months to request the cashback and then some more time for it to show up in paypal.

Haven't read the entire thread, so maybe its already been brought up.

Tried a few random searches in hopes of finding 20+% cuz I just missed a deal on a big item and was hoping to get a couple others I've been watching. One search came up with 9% so looks like everything's gonna drop to 9% soon.
This is too bad as I was waiting for 20+% to buy 2 or 3 big items.
