Are you deaf? I'm sure it's possible, but speach-to-text in a room full of people where not just one person is talking at once and isn't talking slowly may completely FUBAR most applications. We do have a chat in Ventrilo, but it's not used for anything more than passing links.

I'm deaf and I don't know how this thing works functionally for deaf members. Speech-to-text would be nice but I'm sick of typing too much, lol.

I highly doubt that a program even exists that would be able to intercept the incoming audio and convert it for you. Even speech-to-text programs that one would use for their own individual work require speaking relatively slowly and clearly. With the likes of Dan and Ulfwald, there's no way in hell a computer's going to understand those wackos! 😉 😛
