Doesn't it seem like the conservatives have a better sense of humor and are more attractive, to boot?

Here is the girl (well she is 30, so that makes her a girl to me!) that put together "Meet the Mob" -

Just sayin.

I don't know all the facts, but the police acted stupidly by arresting the 3 union folks that were obviously just helping that poor man with their fists and feet.

This meeting was originally touted as a meeting for senior citizens. When they showed up 2/3rds of the seats were reserved for people from this union. Sounds like they were asking for trouble. I thought democrats were suppose to care about old people. I guess that is all a big lie.

Note: The city of St Louis, MO is pro-democratic and the Post Dispatch is very slanted toward its own liberal agenda. However, there is a wide mix of people in Missouri that support both Democratic and Republican points of view.

I guess this is the "punch back twice as hard" that Obama was spouting off about this morning.

Yes. SEIU branched off of ACORN, probably about the time ACORN got their $5B from OBama.

BTW - I've noticed other then this guy KG and the ones who attacked him, there has been an obvious lack of a minority presence at these town halls that are rife with shouting, disruptions and threats. I know the GOP and Fox are trying to label these people as part of random grass roots movement. Looking at the crowds it appears a segment of the population is being recruited by organized right wing groups.

Looks like the same people at the McCain/Palin rallys.

Ah yes, if the opposition doesnt agree with your politics accuse them of being corporate funded stooges.
Lovely.

Maybe, just maybe theres a good deal of "We the people" that dont want this shit. Did you stop to think of that? Interesting how the party of inclusion and open mindedness is now doing everything it can to undermine the publics efforts to speak out on something.

Well, there are crazies on both sides(Like those Obama Plantation activist) I guess, but violence like this should be put down. Why hasn't Obama gone on public TV and condemn any violence used by the Unions? Everyone and their mother knows he likes being on TV so I am surprised right now.

because its "His side" doing the violence. Remember the Beer on the White House lawn fiasco? How he spoke out about the actions the police took? Funny, hes nowhere to be seen when the violence comes from supporters of his policies.

The dems do care about senior citizens. Death counseling is part of the UHC bill, didn't you know?

.

Don't you know the only valuable people are in the 15-40 age group? So says Ezekiel Emanuel (obama's health care initiative advisor) and his thoughtful Complete Lives System.

Apparently if you are older than 40 your usefulness is used up. If you are under 15, the government does not have that much invested in you that they have to worry too much about keeping you alive.

I wonder if he talked about these tactics in one of his weekly meetings with the leaders of the SEUI...

The concerted efforts to disrupt and thwart discourse on matters of public concern are profoundly anti-democratic.

The Tea Bagger Shout Downs shall be met with complete and total resistance.

Mine will be passive but I do not blame others who are incited to violence by Tea Bagger Douche Baggery.

It almost seems like the govt in inciting violence. At a time when employment is at all time low, provoking people by calling a certain group a "mob" will definitely divide ppl and provoke them...
Its just a beginning, lot more will follow. With police officers being laid off situation can get even worse.

Yup. It is not "not cool" to peacefully assemble and demand a redress of grievances.

Lets just ignore the MAJORITY and then hire thugs to beat them up.

Moral of the story? Agree with the Obama plan or get beat up.

From the St. Louis Post-Dispatch:

"These tea baggers are dangerous," she said. "I'm not going to any more town hall meetings until these people calm down."

Inside the gathering, while speakers stuck to aging issues, they were often interrupted by yells from audience members who wanted to shift the focus to health care.

"This isn't even close to civil," said Steve Belosi, 52, of Lake Saint Louis, commenting on the crowd. "The rudeness was beyond compare."

Any questions ? Or do you care to ignore the shout downs and assault me with your blather and obfuscation on this matter?
