Think about that statement for a second. How can that statement be true? For that statement to be true, it defies all the facts that we know so far.

How could Trayvon even see or feel a gun? It was dark and Zimmerman had on a large coat. The gun according to GZ was on his hip behind his back. They end up on the ground with Trayvon on top of GZ. So we have approximately 350 lbs laying on top of the gun. GZ has a broken nose, is having his head slammed into concrete, he has been over powered, mounted, and being beat about the head. But some how Trayvon sees, feels (no idea how this could even be possible), and goes for his gun.

Now with all this going on GZ is able reach down, unholster the gun and shoot his attacker. Only fingerprints on the gun belonged to GZ. Its just not possible.

Let me tell you what probably happened.
When John said he was going go call the cops, Trayvon heard that and was getting from off top of GZ, which allowed GZ to reach behind his back and pull the gun. GZ is holding onto to Trayvon's sweatshirt, Trayvon sees the gun and starts screaming. Out of anger GZ shoots him. There is just no other way to explain how GZ could unholster his weapon from under his coat, behind him on his hip, with a 160-170lb kid on top of him beating him, unless the kid stopped and was attempting to get off from being on top.

I would also be very interested in knowing the fingerprints that were lifted from the gun. Where they are on the weapon and from which hand the prints are from.

What you describe is also very clearly self defense.

Assailant on top, victim on back after being brutally and repeatedly beaten about face, head and skull.

Martin on top with Zimmerman on back is what makes it such clear self defense.

No its not......

If the kid has disengaged, then it is not self defense, but murder. And I don't care what side of the argument you come down on, for the absolute life of me, how he is able to unholster that weapon given his own testimony is beyond me. If the attack happened in the way he described, no way he is able to get that weapon out without the kid stopping his attack first. And that my friend is murder.....................

Not at all.

How could Trayvon even see or feel a gun? It was dark and Zimmerman had on a large coat.
We know the coat was pushed up during the struggle because the police said there were grass stains on the back of GZ shirt.
The gun according to GZ was on his hip behind his back.
No. He never said that. In his walk through with police he demonstrated it being on the hip. GZ would not carry the in a back position while in the truck because it would be too uncomfortable, especially when you consider it was inside the belt and in a cheap nylon holster.
See above why this isn’t true. Even if the gun was slightly to the back of his hip, it would have been pushed to the front as they wrestled on the ground, the same way his coat was pushed up.

Now with all this going on GZ is able reach down, unholster the gun and shoot his attacker. Only fingerprints on the gun belonged to GZ. Its just not possible.
Please point me to where GZ ever claimed he and TM wrestled over the gun, if not, I don’t understand what point you are trying to make about the fingerprints.

So that implies it was GZ screaming prior to John coming outside. I’m glad you finally agree. You’re still wrong though because we know the shot was close range.
Out of anger GZ shoots him. There is just no other way to explain how GZ could unholster his weapon from under his coat, behind him on his hip, with a 160-170lb kid on top of him beating him, unless the kid stopped and was attempting to get off from being on top.
The gun wasn’t under his coat at this point and it wasn’t behind him on his hip. I'm not sure why you are trying to imply there is something special about GZ ability to "unholster" the gun. It would be more accessible then getting keys or a phone out of a pants pocket. It was exposed with even a safety strap.

No it is not. If attacker is on top with victim on their back they are still a very clear and imminent threat. This has all been explained to you many times.

You think if a guy raping a girl stops and is still on top of them they can't shoot? In the eyes of the law it's the sane thing. Both are forcible felonies.

Why is trayvon's side so intently focused on whether zimmerman was white, black, yellow, mild beige, I mean who the hell cares?

The overt racism that comes from that side is just revolting to me.

This case is very simple. It's about a young man who brutally attacked an innocent neighborhood watch guy. It's about a young man with a long history (both legally proven and 'socially' irrefutable) which includes violence, theft, and dealing drugs.

We have massive amounts of evidence which proves all of this. I wish you would get past the "black and white" of it. The rest of us already have.
So then ... If Zimmerman is found NOT guilty, at the very least ... mother, father and Crump "cashed in".

Well done, son!

Yes ... well done, boy! :$

It was dark and Zimmerman had on a large coat.

GZ had on a waist length jacket that wasn't heavy, so it would be easy for it to ride up during the altercation. Shifting around on the ground could have also exposed GZ's pistol.

No its not......

Just because GZ was able to get to the gun does not confirm that TM disengaged. What proof is there to show TM disengaged, other than your opinion? The last person to see him stated that TM didn't even acknowledge his existence as TM never looked in his direction.

It's cute how much his theory of the crime has changed over time, the only part that’s been consistent is GZ is a cold blooded killer.

Why the hell would Mark O’Mara agree to deliver a Key-note address at a Media Awards banquet with Benjamin Crump as Co-Key Note speaker ?

https://www.facebook.com/FloridaAPBroadcasters

The guest speakers for the Awards Banquet on Saturday April 27th in Orlando will be Benjamin Crump, the attorney for Trayvon Martin’s parents, and George Zimmerman’s defense attorney Mark O’Mara. Crump and O’Mara will explain how social media played a role in the case that led to nationwide protests.

Do you know what either attorney had for dinner last night because that would be as relevant as your last post.

Here's a post I recently read on another forum. I couldn't help but think of some that post in here and shake my head in disbelief.

It is worse than stalking! Zimmerman terrified and hunted down a child. This 'f**king my excellent compatriot' (Zimmerman's words - not mine), wasn't going to get away without telling him who was behind the breakins. Zimmerman intended to show the cops how to do their job.

But when he realized he had hunted and terrorized an innocent boy--a child on his way home--then he realized he had to put a bullet through the kid's heart to shut him up. So he drew his gun; he carefully aimed so he wouldn't shoot himself; and he pulled the trigger.

Druidx,

No, I don't ...

... But thanks for taking me off your Ignore ... Appreciated. :)

I view about one out of every 20 or 25 post from you to see if you’ve actually added anything worthwhile. The last one I checked before this was you posting a link to a reposted YouTube video from a year ago. The one previous to that was a link and quote to a discussion somewhere else that had already been discussed her two days before, which proved you didn’t even bother to read this forum before posting. It’s clear to most people, you don’t see this as a discussion forum but more of a personal blog where you post random links that interest you.

Look on the bright side, another 20-25 of your random post and you may get another reply from me.

Druidx .. Can't wait! :)

But you don't have to justify yourself for reading one post of mine or all of my posts...

I was only kidding above.

If you read ALL of my posts -- I surely don't mind and appreciate it....

But if you read NONE of my posts --- Oh well ... ... as they say in French ... c'est la vie

I, very possibly, agree on that, Londo.

He is trying to help ... but it's surely out of R. Jr's hands by now ...

This is why many users consider your posts to be spam, you post about the same information that's provided by a different source even though what's being reported is no different.

But you guys don't?

in almost 2000 thread's pages.... -- I wonder how many times same thing was repeated over and over again.

No big deal.

Thanks for your comment, however.

I wish Robert Jr and all the racist pieces of shit that post to him would SDASTFU!!!!!!

They are doing nothing to help GZ and in the end may hurt GZ.

When his ex said that him and the family were racist and would say racist stuff behind closed doors, the GZ crowd called her a liar.

Looks like she was telling the truth after all.

Hatred will lead to strange statements.

Also, what one may call racist based on a single comment does not indicate that the person itself is racists.

Statements also need to be taken in context, not sound bites.

we have people here on both sides that are racists but if questioned/called on it, will deny it completely.

Most want to put this as a racist issue rather than a poor judgement handling from both sides.
Race is easier to attack and harder to defend against.
