Democratic mayors have no part in making the laws or setting conditions on pre-trial release. The magistrate followed the laws that the GOP set for pre-trial release conditions on a charge that was essentially a prank 911 phone call.

The only other option she had was to release him to a mental health facility—but they’d have to agree to take him and there’s no guarantee he’d be committed all the way from January to August. If you don’t know what’s happening with hospitals and clinics in NC, they’re underfunded and shutting down because the GOP keeps blocking Medicaid expansion soon etc.

People like that should get a life sentence or death penalty. They cannot be trusted in society, as they might just do it again. But day to day I get by mostly with a 4 inch pairing knife, a bread knife, and a Nigiri. I prepare on the top of my range so I use a small cutting board. My cats eat on my kitchen table and sharpen their claws on it so it’s a lot of time to make it food prep safe. I have all kinds and sizes of chef knives but a six in serrated pairing knife is my favorite for linger cuts. If it touches my skin I bleed. I’m a fist taker, I guess.

I would say that illegal immigration’s a is a big and out of hand issue and also that it existed under both Democrat and Republican administrations. Which party won the last Presidential election in part by using it as a wedge issue and also stymied reform to keep the issue real? They can watch violent movies, boxing, football, wrestling, play video games (they can also participate in those things, if capable). They can also buy guns and make of them what they will.
