Ahhhh so thats what that means.
I keep thinking about how good I'll look once I shed a few pounds and add some muscle, talk about motivation that makes me want to do some pushups right now.
good advice, i have gained more excersising less lately, going for max weight and short workouts, i am not convinced that it is the best, it might have been the change that works for me...
