I don't really have any before & after pictures, but the distance is quite noticeable. I've gained roughly 15 pounds of muscle since I started the program in January. Progress:
military press(dumbell) start - 25x12, 30x10, 35x8 current - 40x12, 45x10, 50x8, 55x5
bench press start - 135x10, 145x6, 155x3 current - 145x12, 155x10, 165x8
flies start - 75x12, 90x10, 105x6 current - 120x12, 135x10, 150x8, 150x6
lat pulls - 5x12, 6x10, 7x8 current - 11x12, 12x10, 13x7, 14x5 <- plate numbers, don't know what the actual weight is
preacher curls start - 40x10, 45x8, 50x6 current - 75x12, 80x10, 85x8, 90x9

just a few of them....improvement is great thus far.

How long do you wait before you attempt to add more weight to your workout?

Basically, I set up my set to a number of reps, ie I go into bench press saying "ok, I'm going to do 145x12, 155x10, 165x8". I make it heavier than I can do, so i really can only do 145x12, 155x8, 165x5 or something like that. I see improvement each week, and when I can actually do the target number of reps, I do that for a week, and then bump it up.
