Hussein, Gaddafi, Assad...we seem to never learn. We're directly responsible for orders of magnitude of more human suffering than these guys ever thought about. We need to take an honest look at the blood on our hands and just how arrogant and self-righteous we have become.

Hussein's death count is generally estimated at 500k people. I don't think ISIS is even to 50k kills yet. Curious what numbers form the basis for your argument. Human rights groups in Syria generally estimate the death toll to be attributed 75% Assad's regime, 15% ISIS/other extremists. If you have different sources of numbers highlighting orders of magnitudes more suffering by the non-dictators, please do share.

Also, since you demand we take an honest look at ourselves I'd like to ask you, how arrogant and self-righteous are you personally? Or when you used the terms we and our did you mean the proverbial you, not me argument?

I'm not responsible for orders of magnitude of more human suffering than those guys. Are you?

Good looking jet that SU-34. Beefed up SU-27 with side by side cockpit.

I'm talking about our country causing human suffering as a result of our military actions...not you personally. You seem combative and I'm not sure why. Care to explain? BTW, you forgot Libya.

I sure wish we could kill more women and children.
Those who don't have the stomach to fight are destined to lose wars.
Casualties happen because conquest is a messy business.

If you don't believe there's anything worth fighting for, then feel free to tell us that. Otherwise, step aside while real men stop ISIS from furthering their genocide.

Russia finally blitzes ISIS; UK and other U.S. coalition members call on Russia to end air strikes

We destroyed Iraq... occupied it to our heart's content... then let half of it fall to ISIS. Our leaders should be pleased that their failures can now end... but no, apparently we're in the business of protecting ISIS.
Guess it wasn't good enough that we armed them in the first place.
Now we denounce attacking them.

Please... let that sink in. We've denounced attacking ISIS.

But of course it's our business to tell the world that war is to be waged on our terms. Or is it?
We're the ones seemingly destined to fail in that mission. Maybe its our leaders that are the problem. They are deeply departed from reality. Do many of us share their delusions?

You don't win wars by wearing kid gloves.

Obama is a pussy, and the world sees that.

-John
Ahh, so you want MORE involvement by the U.S. in Syria.

"Less government." "$18 trillion in debt!" "But let's spend more money fighting in Syria; we don't want to be pussies."

But you're totally consistent.

I'm OK with Russian involvement. Obama is a pussy.

-John
But Hillary isn't a pussy. She says "F__ you" to "the help." But you hate her, too.

Maybe you should make up your mind. Someone might conclude you just hate liberals.

America can back out. Leave it to the Russians to get it done.

-John
Maybe you aren't aware that the Russians are there to bomb the anti-Assad insurgents, not ISIS.

But I'm sure if America backs out, the anti-Assad insurgents are bombed into submission by the Russians, and ISIS continues its reign of terror, you'll be totally supportive of Obama's decision. Because you're really principled.

Whole thing is turning into one mind-boggling huge reversal of influence in the region, probably the biggest failure on the US' part in 40+ years.

That's very true and what USA does? nothing ;Because USA are cowards and are afraid of Russia,USA knows very well that Russians only support Assad, and only the stupids think it's other wise,of course they will kill ISIS and any opponent of Assad regime, and anybody that support the rebels will be hit by the Russians, i can't believe some people here don't see it that way.So in the end USA is supporting the rebels to take out Assad and the Russians are fighting rebels to keep Assad in power, their will be no end to this, one thing i know fot example if it was Portugal fighting Assad,
USA would be by now attacking Portugal as they did with Irak an Afnakistan ,cause these countries are weak, but Russian no way, Usa Is shaking of fear,Cowards big time.
