Hussein, Gaddafi, Assad...we seem to never learn. We're directly responsible for orders of magnitude of more human suffering than these guys ever thought about. We need to take an honest look at the blood on our hands and just how arrogant and self-righteous we have become.
Hussein's death count is generally estimated at 500k people. I don't think ISIS is even to 50k kills yet. Curious what numbers form the basis for your argument. Human rights groups in Syria generally estimate the death toll to be attributed 75% Assad's regime, 15% ISIS/other extremists. If you have different sources of numbers highlighting orders of magnitudes more suffering by the non-dictators, please do share.
Also, since you demand we take an honest look at ourselves I'd like to ask you, how arrogant and self-righteous are you personally? Or when you used the terms we and our did you mean the proverbial you, not me argument?
I'm not responsible for orders of magnitude of more human suffering than those guys. Are you?
