You can always get a butcher to do it for you 🙂

yeah i was thinking about that, but i dont know of any real butchers out here in LA...i miss that from real cities, but I dont think i have ever seen a real butcher here...just supermarket ones who probably wont do it

bacon sounds excesive. d ucks have enough fat already to make sure the whole thing is succulent. add too much fat and u risk it pooling inside the stuffing or something yucky.
