Turducken

I am going to make a Turducken and I was wondering what side dishes would go good with it?

i like to cook but im far too lazy to try one of these, at least this year anyway.

turduken is traditionally a tuesday thing, but i can't remember if it's supposed to be before or after thanksgiving.

My great uncle usually makes it, and closely guards his recipe, but here's a recipe I've tried that's pretty good. It's better if you substitute tasso for the bacon (use a little more butter or bacon fat to make up for the lack of fat in tasso).
