Drink more fluid and eat some yogurt. Take an over the counter stool softener.

it's amazing that people think foods with fat automatically make you fat for eating them. there is much much more to nutrition than that. but the way we are brought up and not taught about nutrition, it isn't really surprising how uninformed people are.
i did something similar a while back and need to get to it again. went from 230ish to 200, now 3 years later im hovering at 225. my pants still fit, but shirts are getting tight
gonna have to cut down on the beer and and carbs switch to like...liquor? :-/
25 pounds in one month is absurd and unhealthy. Were you taking monsterous dumps???
I watched a girl in our cafeteria today prepare some hard boiled eggs she had brought in from home for lunch. She cut up 6 eggs, threw away the yolks and together with a few slices of bread, that was her lunch. She said she is on a diet and just wants the protein.
Alcohol still metabolizes to sugar in the body
Jesus fucking christ... people can't do anything without being called unhealthy anymore. He's unhealthy when he's fat, then he's unhealthy when LOSES the fat? Fuck you right in your judgemental asshole
Good job OP, I need to follow in your footsteps
People forget that weight loss is all about diet. You have to run 23 miles to lose a pound. People who refuse to change their diet and dedicate time to working out will never see results. Want to lose weight? Change your diet. Want to tone up? Work out. Do not work out to lose weight (although you should be active.)
Congrats.
Where i used to eat food on a bed of rice or pasta i now use lettuce.
Glad you got results, but I like my diet better. Its called the post cholesystectomy diet. Basically if I eat anything that is "bad" for me (you know, grilled meat, potatoes, vegetables, etc.), I am rewarded with 8-16 hours of horrific diarrhea. Its a blast. Works though. Lost 12 pounds since my surgery two weeks ago. The "afraid to eat" thing is a bit hard to deal with at first, but I've gotten used to it.
Lose your gallbladder, increase the carbs. You're doing it wrong. Limit meat to no more than 6oz and limit your fat intake to healthy fats ( fish that make up your protein, etc). Eat as much veggies and whole grains as you desire to satiate our appetite.
I don't know how people eat salads. Even eating large salads, I get very hungry 2-3 hours after eating them. I have a very active job and pretty much every salad, even with chicken, eggs, other stuff on it, the lettuce wasn't filling at all.
