Umm, you have more than a couple of folks here who aren't American, myself included. It's an international forum even if most of the discussion is about the US.

Well we had some data from the few Russians who spent more time on orbit but the great thing about Scott was we could compare him to his twin brother.

Generically speaking I think we are getting a handle on muscle and bone loss, but there is some eye stuff that can still be a problem.
