It's not just minimum wage but overtime and a host of other things. Pence has been doing a good job of picking highly regressive members
You should hear what they based the cabinets oath of office on!

What Hospitals think about Price's plan to repeal the ACA-

But, never mind- it's ideological, not practical. Can't be having that gubmint dependency. We should all just depend on the glorious job creators for everything.
Linda McMahon for SBA chief. She and her husband are the largest donor to the Trump foundation charity. Clinton foundation pay to play? Whatever. This is how it's done. The media creamed themselves over some BS but won't care about this.
When you spend a year screaming at the top of the mountain that Trump = Hitler, complaining about such mundane things as pay to play, cronyism etc just doesn't move the needle. Crying wolf for the entire election cycle gets you to where you can't complain about legitimate issues because nobody will care.
"Crying wolf not found. Mass apathy for the collective ass raping that is about to occur found however. "Crying wolf not found. However I think we chalk your bitching about Hillary to just more conservative projection since everything you whined about her Trump seems to actually be doing.
So I guess the basic rule going forward:
If the GOP is saying someone is doing something bad, it really means the GOP is actually guilty of it.
I know earlier I said the former head of Wells retail banking would be a good fit at the Fed. But given the GOP's hatred of the CFPB they really should put Carrie Tolstedt there to lead it. She will protect consumers bigly, like the best.
Where is the Republican replacement? If the opponents can't come up with anything better in 7 years, that tells me that ACA is a pretty good law. You can't accomplish pre-existing conditions non-discrimination without either the individual mandate or the government directly subsidizing private insurance for those with pre-existing conditions. Otherwise, everyone will just wait till they are sick to sign up for insurance, and it will cost even more.Oh teh noes, the sky will fall! So basically, they were functioning before obummercare and now are arguing that if we roll back obummercare and go back to exactly as it was before its introduction they can't possibly function anymore. Yep, that sounds realistic
There are aspects of obbumercare that I like and that most of the public would like to keep (pre-existing conditions etc), but we never needed a massive 2000+ pages of crap to accomplish that. Roll back obummercare and replace it with a much more narrower scope law to accomplish the goals.
Haven't the Democrats and the left been talking about Republicans walking in lockstep? Now they aren't? I'm surprised he's done as well as he has.Breitbart is not reacting well to some of these appointments...
Trump Expected to Tap Labor Secretary Who Prefers Foreign Labor to American Workers
Trump also announced Gary Cohn, Goldman Sachs president and chief operating officer, as leader of his National Economic Council.

Shaking up Washington one Goldman banker at a time. Funny given all the outrage at Hillary being bought and paid for by GS during the election. Draining the swamp lol.

That is funny.
Seems like every cabinet position Trump wants to fill with those Corporate Raiders of the Lost Middle Class, Wall Streeters and Banksters is just another slap and spit in the face to those folks who voted for him based on his ridiculous lies about "saving their jobs" and "draining the swamp" and "ousting the establishment out of gov't" and "giving back the gov't to the people" and on and on and on.
Why oh why oh why aren't these folks storming Trump Tower with pitchforks and torches yet? Why aren't they raising the upside down Stars and Stripes yet? Why aren't they coming out in force and accusing Trump of lying to them and betraying them when it's so blatantly obvious that that's exactly what Trump is doing to them right at this very moment?
These folks that put their "Trust in Trump" banners up all over the heartland are now nowhere to be seen or heard from.
What's with that? These are the very folks who put this lying two-timing two-faced shamelessly crooked con man in office and now they're not doing a single frick'in thing to hold him to his word?
Where are they now when they're needed the most to keep this guy in check? Will it have to be the folks who didn't vote for him to do it for them?
Their silence is not only deafening, it's destructively UN-American.
You don't get to screw something up and just walk away from it like Bush and Cheney did. Or did these two criminals set a precedent and example for all future conservatives to follow? Is that it?
Fuck things up and simply walk away and have the opposition fix it so they can do it all over again?
Not funny. Not funny at all.

Dude, He hasn't even been sworn in yet and you think he is burning the country to the ground.
Pssst: He hasn't done anything yet.
Trump to pick Rep. McMorris Rodgers for Interior secretary
rumors are also swirling about Rick Perry for Energy Secretary, but we'll see... Rick Perry famously also used a private email server to avoid public disclosure laws, just like Hillary.
Looks like yet another cabinet pick that seems to be completely against the role of the agency they will be put in charge of. Trump has inspired me to start donating to the Sierra Club.
At least its not Palin.
