Lol! a 1920's "style" depression, and a new "World War"??

Reporter: How will you vote on Florida's abortion referendum?

Trump: "I don't want to tell you now!" "I’m going to actually have a press conference on that at some point in the near future"

Translation. Trump will never speak on this issue again. He'll only tell you his vote after the vote is counted and then he'll tell you he voted for whichever side won. Plus .... Felons can’t vote in Florida

Reporter: “How is she [Harris] only recently deciding to be Black” given her father’s Jamaican-American heritage and her graduation from a historically Black college"

Trump: “you’ll have to ask her that question because she’s the one that said it. I didn’t say it.”

Also Trump: “all of a sudden she made a turn, and she became a Black person.”

He also doubled down on the : "Jews are sick in the head if they don’t vote for him."

Has anyone told Trump that abortion after birth does not exist because that would be murder? Meh ..He doesn't care the rubes eat it up. When is anyone going to ask him for evidence that the entire world is emptying their prisons and mental hospitals into our southern border?

This entire batshit presser was an electric boat motor fire in shark infested waters for him and a gift to the Harris campaign. Total disaster

They can't even run a press conference where you can hear the questions being asked. Have no idea what the question was that he said "was such a dumb question".
Intentional like when he gave pressers in front of a running helicopter. That way people can’t hear clearly in case he tries to deny a whopper.

Questions I would have asked…

What were you doing for 3 hrs while the capital was under attack and a mob was trying to kill Pence?

You say you are the smartest President ever, why are you still incapable of pronouncing the name Kamala?

Trump: "What a stupid, nasty question. Which, by the way... [insert 3 minutes of unrelated rambling]"

A confused and stumbling Trump also admitted he was open to following the Project 2025 plan to ban abortion drugs nationwide.

… asked if Trump would direct his Food and Drug Administration to “revoke access” to mifepristone. Trump did not reject the idea.
“Sure, you could, you could do things that will be, would, would supplement,”

apparently NJ News 12 aired the Kamala announcement for Walz. It was on FB. So a Trumpie commented and complained, well, are they gonna show Trump rallies? NJ News 12 said, they did air the part of the Republican Convention where Vance was announced, those speeches. And most of the comments were shitting on Harris/Waz - So I held my temper, which I've been quite good at now that we have left the shitstorm that was the Biden candidacy - but said some not so nice things about Trump and Trumpism. I got so much bullshit in return, and I did end up calling some Trumpers angry - one responded to me - we are not angry at all, we are all about love.

I mean this is how far these evil people are gone. Totally off their rockers. Their rocking chairs are in a fucking galaxy far the fuck away. Trumpie grandmas didn't get run over by a reindeer, they fucking got run over by an astroid belt.

I'm not friends on FB with any Trumpers, but apparently some of my family members who I've only added recently are friends with some... it's given me some perspective, definitely, they make pcgeek11 and Greenman seem downright reasonable and intelligent.

why does the media give this fuck head air time without fact checking him
One excellent way to survive in a competitive society, if you have no positive skills to sell yourself via word of mount earned reputation, is to offer for sale something else, something that attracts attention not because it has known real value but because it feeds some inner emotional need.

And what needs does competition breed? That’s right, fear of losing, fear of not measuring up, fear that real comparison will reveal one’s inner inadequacy, all created by our dependence as children on our helplessness and need of love and care that could only be had by soul breaking conformity to rules nobody real could ever achieve.

Throw a switch and our inner vacuousness, is our emotional emptiness seeks to feed. The media serves the emotional needs of the dead with anything that suggests that it is others who suffer and not us. We feed on hate and disgust, of terror and fear, on anything that vicariously arouses our victim mentality state.

“Have you heard the latest news?

No, I haven’t, but I see the ravens circling, ten to one it’s some juicy road kill.”

Mypillow has new evidence of 2020 election fraud, and it's happening again.
Therefore, MAGA will work at polling stations throughout the nation to ensure the CORRECT votes are counted.
A national campaign of... election "integrity"!

Yep, MAGAt logic dictates that to "level the playing field" the Republicans must poll watch with menacing looking thugs and infiltrate the polls with their agents in order to make sure Trump won't have his election stolen again while they are attempting to do as much vote stealing and voter suppression of their own.

Their efforts to overturn the 2020 election results is a warning shot they fired that we've not seen the last nor the worst of what they're going to try to pull off in November.

It's partly because of Biden's energy was not like this but also because I'm not sure his campaign was run by the best people because it turns out they were sort of in a cult of denial about his abilities but anyways, all that's behind this but let's see what we're getting now from Tim and Kamala

Would you say that reeked of desperation?

isn't it amazing how his very first act at president was to organize a press conference to complain and lie and brag about this crowd size?

Now, before we can even get there, we see that the media is focusing on how limp his support is, how the Democrats are on fire with support, and to him this is a fucking emergency. He can't help himself.

The media, if they have any balls, need to spend all of their Trump air time talking about how tiny his crowds are compared to Kamala and Walz. He literally will not spend another breath on anything but lies about his crowds, until he gets his ass reamed in the election.

This would be great.

greenman will still vote for him, naturally, because we made him do it.

Yes. I see a child so deeply damaged by his father's egotistical need that his son become him that the child needed to create an altered reality in which he had to imagined himself to be a god to survive. In order to stave off the feeling of failure he had to set himself up for it and endlessly pretended, endlessly deny the evidence that would reveal the delusional nature of such a claim. Now, I think he feels the end the end is near and at last he will become the loser he always felt he was. The ego is just the illusion fancy clothes and his transparency is in the process of becoming more and more evident. It's panic time. The Emperor is losing his gold plated raiment. Is it any wonder that the perquisite to knowledge is humility?

It's quite difficult to get past the paucity of liberal moral concerns out, of all those possible for a morally advanced person to have, for @Greenman to abandon typical conservative thinking, that liberals are morally week because they lack so many of them. With such an unconscious bias in play it is difficult to avoid confirmational bias against liberals of which there is plenty. Liberals are profoundly limited in their understanding of ordinary voters because of these limitations, one they would be wise to try to understand but can't because of fear. They fear looking stupid, or look weird. That is exactly what makes people stupid, that very fear.

PS: I want to thank God I never write weird long posts.

I didn’t realize that his J6 traitor crowd was as big if not bigger than MLK’s crowd.

He's not wrong but I googled something:

In the U.S., a significant shift in television subscription was revealed from 2016 to 2024. MVPDs had a steady decline, with subscribers dropping from 99.2 million to an estimated 55.3 million.Jul 25, 2024

So hopefully he can't reach as many people unless they get a constant right wing stream.

BTW even AP seemed to criticize Walz's military record yesterday and I started thinking.. should I dump AP now too?

Too much of the media, like AP in this case, is still idiotically quoting Republican attacks verbatim in headlines, without context. To be balanced, they should be at least using factually accurate attacks back at those Republicans in headlines:

"Weirdly deranged Trump yells at press"
"Creepy Vance stalks VP Harris and attacks veterans"

At least these are factually accurate, instead of outright lies...

Subscribers don't matter. All these news outlets cover these events online as well. That's where you and I saw it, right?
Most people, even the older ones, get news off their phones. It reaches far more people than TV ever did.
