DHS is under so much political pressure to hit deportation numbers that I kinda doubt he gets any special treatment unless a house member or 5 or a senator steps in.

Trump is so two faced about immigration he brought in an Andrew Tate from Romania. They managed to get his travel restrictions lifted after charges of rape and human trafficking

This is the actual moment where Trump's supporters are having buyer's remorse because they fell for Trump's slick sales pitch due to not checking under the hood, not even kicking the tires, refusing to believe the devastating reviews he was getting from his own hand picked former sales people, putting party over country, buying into the racist misogynist hate, fear and suspicion disinformation campaign their own leaders sucker punched them with and last but not least, refusing to believe how stupid they are/were because they're stupid to begin with. I don't think you can support Trump without having an enormous sense of guilt you will never allow yourself to feel and living in that state of denial makes people mean. The way guilt expresses itself is contempt and blame. It's not me that is guilty but somebody else and please please allow me to hate them instead of me. I have too much feeling of guilt to be able to handle that.

Oh look they do somehow magically have influence over El Salvador and the ability to bring charges against somebody they claim is a criminal.

Almost like their entire explanations up to this point have been lies and they shipped somebody to a gulag who had not been charged or convicted of anything simply because they feel they can get away with it. Call me old fashioned but I think the government should probably figure out the crime first instead of just skipping to the punishing people part.
