Another problem.

There is a recording of Trump after leaving office acknowledging he is in possession of still classified documents and he knew it.
There’s also an example of him rushing to complete the formal declassification process for Crossfire Hurricane right before he left office, showing he knew the actual procedure for declassification.

Charged with at least 7 counts. Trump has been notified to be in court for arraignment on Tues of next week at a federal court in Miami . All about the documents and his handling of them.
Conspiracy, willful retention and obstruction.

This is on TV abc now. I haven't yet found any more info that this online.

“I never thought it possible that such a thing could happen to a former President of the United States, who received far more votes than any sitting President in the History of our Country, and is currently leading, by far, all Candidates, both Democrat and Republican, in Polls of the 2024 Presidential Election,” he wrote. “I AM AN INNOCENT MAN!”

I have the yuuugest best most beautiful indictments. You would not believe how big these indictments are. People come up to me with tears in their eyes because they've never seen such indictments. They say "Sir, please tell me how you can manage such amazing indictments".

The DOJ should assert that Trump is a flight risk and request to hold him over till trial. That would cut down on delay tactics.
Gotta love the SCO short circuiting his request for a change of venue from DC by filing the indictments in Florida. More favorable jury pool for Trump, but if they have a slam dunk case it shouldn’t matter much.

There was no option!!!!!! Else the country fail and become as corrupt as the worst banana republic under the rule of some lunatic.

This does not eliminate the possibility of such an outcome, but without holding Trump and his minions responsible under our laws, it is a guarantee the US will fail within a decade.

Can you finally shut up about this then? 90% of us here definitely knew the documents was 100% indictment.
I will finally shut up about this, sure.

As to 90% of us though - lol. If you want me to pull up endless posts from myriad people about how nothing will happen I can. Endless, endless posts. People want to act like they knew now because it happened.
