How you know it's bullshit
I donno, sounds like unfiltered Trump to me.How you know it's bullshit
1) crying
2) "sir"
Also lol at the various misspellings (viscous, stollen)
I still want that asshole charged for voter fraud for listing a rat infested single wide trailer in the back woods of Macon County in NC as his legal residence in the 2020 election.Heating up. Mark Meadows to plead guilty to lesser charges for cooperation.
I donno, sounds like unfiltered Trump to me.
oh i entirely believe trump wrote that. what i mean is that none of it is true, because his bullshit stories always have people crying or calling him "sir"I donno, sounds like unfiltered Trump to me.
Here's the brick wall they're going to run up against: The Constitution's definition of the Executive Branch of government.

executive branch

There is only one person in the United States with the power to classify or declassify information. The President. Everyone else who handles such information, does so with authority delegated to them by, and at the instruction of, the President. On the face it might sound absurd when Trump says he can just declassify things in his mind... but he can. Same with every president ever. The first clause of Article II, appropriately called the “Vesting Clause,” places executive power in the President. Unlike the other two branches of government (see “Congress” and “Judicial Branch”), power in the executive branch is placed in a single individual.
Same thing goes with the archives demanding things. Their power only exists because the president delegates it to them. And the president is the only person who can decide what belongs in the archives and what is his personal property. And this concept was upheld in federal court in the Clinton sock drawer case.
The irony of what is happening right now is if they charge Trump, they're doing it against standing precedent and they theoretically open up every other living president to the same kind of prosecution, including Biden. What Biden did was ACTUALLY illegal if Obama' didn't declassify the material he took. Once he stopped being VP, he was in illegal possession of classified material.
This whole thing is absurd political theater. They know there's no path to victory for them.
Here's the right-wing spin on this:
1) psychic declassification isn’t a thingHere's the right-wing spin on this:
Ok I'm willing to wait for that. 100% worth itIf they wait a week, they can give him the indictment as a birthday present.
I think he is desperately throwing every single excuse he can think of at the wall, hoping one sticks. It is confusing the personal property part. Just because he repeats it enough, he thinks he can make this true? Like how hasn’t his crackerjack lawyers not spelled out what the PRA actually is?
That's the Republican M.O. Why do you think so many people believe...It is confusing the personal property part. Just because he repeats it enough, he thinks he can make this true? Like how hasn’t his crackerjack lawyers not spelled out what the PRA actually is?
I want smith to dress up like Marilyn for the indictment.Ok I'm willing to wait for that. 100% worth it
4) Trump wasn't willing to assert he declassified documents when pressured by Judge Deary1) psychic declassification isn’t a thing
2) even if it was because Biden assumed the docs were classified that means he psychically reclassified them
3) the large majority of the crimes Trump is likely to be charged with don’t require the info to be classified
If that’s what they are relying on they are screwed.

The Independent has learned that prosecutors are ready to ask grand jurors to approve an indictment against Mr Trump for violating a portion of the US criminal code known as Section 793, which prohibits “gathering, transmitting or losing” any “information respecting the national defence”.
The use of Section 793, which does not make reference to classified information, is understood to be a strategic decision by prosecutors that has been made to short-circuit Mr Trump’s ability to claim that he used his authority as president to declassify documents he removed from the White House and kept at his Palm Beach, Florida property long after his term expired on 20 January 2021.
That section of US criminal law is written in a way that could encompass Mr Trump’s conduct even if he was authorised to possess the information as president because it states that anyone who “lawfully having possession of, access to, control over, or being entrusted with any document ...relating to the national defence,” and “willfully communicates, delivers, transmits or causes to be communicated, delivered, or transmitted or attempts to communicate, deliver, transmit or cause to be communicated, delivered or transmitted the same to any person not entitled to receive it, or willfully retains the same and fails to deliver it on demand to the officer or employee of the United States entitled to receive it” can be punished by as many as 10 years in prison.
It's also only a political argument, don't think any of that would make it into a court room.1) psychic declassification isn’t a thing
2) even if it was because Biden assumed the docs were classified that means he psychically reclassified them
