How surprising, Trump is using a registered agent for a foreign government (Venezuela) as his attorney. Only surprising part is that they actually registered (and it wasn't Russia...)!
There's nothing inherently wrong with being a registered agent of a foreign power, just means you're doing some politically connected work for them. I agree it's a bad look though.
If this judge allows unauthorized people to see these documents the DOJ should just ignore her or charge her. There is no legitimate reason for that outside of blind corruption towards the GOP or being in an the espionage.
Contempt charges? Fuck that, espionage act them, just like would happen to me if I leaked TS documents.
I ask because I would have thought given what is going on, the feds would be stomping and ignoring everything that judge says since it's a federal issue.

Only if it was state level crimes, that where committed only in Florida. Since Trump's crimes, specifically the stealing of FEDERAL documents, span at least two different locations (Washington DC, and Florida), the theft was committed on Federal grounds, the crime was against the federal government/United States of America, as well as the fact that they are all federal documents, the state has no jurisdiction what so ever. All the state can do is sit back, pop some popcorn and watch. It's in this article (also notice the title, that the Trump team is trying to side step or not have to immediately disclose the claimed declassification of documents, and the reasoning screams "we need a list of which documents, so we can make up the evidence that supports their declassification and/or they don't' want to give evidence by admitting which documents where not declassified, showing Trump's guilt. The case should be thrown out of court if they can't produce such declassification evidence before hand.):
I think DoJ is assuming that none of the classified documents will be included in this activity (per their 11th Circuit pending appeal), and if confidential info is excluded, this generally makes sense to expedite review of a large amount of files amongst 3+ parties (including special master, feds, and Trumpites).
I figure that one the docs are already burned and actions have been taken and two they want to do this as fast as humanly possible.

And beyond that, the executive is who determines what is classified. If they say it's classified, it's classified.
And the DoJ (which is the executive branch) has already told the court that they are classified... which ends the matter, except in Trump & Loose Cannon alternate realities.
A current signed and dated letter from President Trump declaring them to still be classified, otherwise they are not, duh.... /s
