In a 5-3-1 ruling SCOTUS will rule that former GOP presidents still wield executive power as it’s been a deeply held belief of conservative justices for at least the last two weeks and therefore Trump has the legal right to post TS/SCI documents in the Mar-a-Lago executive suite bathroom as reading material as god and our forefathers intended.
Or it’s a major question that since congress has never explicitly said a former President can’t take whatever documents he wants to his house in Florida congress must pass a new law and it can’t be retroactive.

They have nothing but contempt for you and are spelling out their plans in broad daylight but go ahead and keeping joking about it.
WTF are you talking about? I wasn't joking in the least when I posted:

Yup, most people here are almost to the same point. The ISL SCOTUS decision will cement that home.

That, and most people don't want their families gunned down by militias for voting for the wrong party. Soon they will just say "meh, not worth it."
Pardon me, I am in a liberal enclave, but please cite me where families are being gunned down in America for "voting for the wrong party."

If Trump loses in the 11th circuit, he will just appeal to the next level...the US Supreme Court...which is stacked with right wing justices. He'll win there.
No, he won’t. His odds of winning are basically 0%. What he’s hoping for is that SCOTUS will slow walk this long enough for a Republican to become president and pardon him.

Just a couple months ago he was at least only fantasizing about Republicans winning 107% of available senate seats. Now I guess that terror isn’t doing it for him anymore so he’s moved on to imagining roving bands of Republican assassination squads.

Some people are only happy when they are sad.

The way the DOJ appealed, I think they removed that as a real option. Since they didn't appeal the special master, he can do his thing while the case is going. They appealed the not being able to continue their investigation and that the special master had to review the classified material. If this gets jammed up and the special master finishes his review it become a moot point. I think.

Probably because they are Garbage.

At the risk of the usual psychobabble charges the way it works is this. We used to experience the world without a line between our physical bodies and the universe. We didn't have an ego and whatever feelings we we felt we felt to the maximum of our capacity to feel. That means we were open to feeling pain to the fullest extent it is possible to feel pain, armor-less, necked and vulnerable, but as well to experience the maximum joy inherent to primate beings. Then we learned to think and to experience the pain that words can bring, we learned to hate ourselves for this and that behavior we were told we were guilty of because it was also considered to be evil.

In order to survive this psychic death we because what I call the ego, a false self that embodies all of our personal forms of self identifications to all of the good and right things. But repressed and buried is that pain that created our self hate. But sadly what is deeply buried is just buried and does not go away but become a hidden motivation. We live divided against ourselves and long, unconsciously for release.

And since we died in trauma it feels like the way back to real life is hidden there, that it is that creates the will to create what we fear. We know that below our level of pain was the joy of being we lost and we want it back again. So we constantly act behind our backs to recreate our misery. So we act vicariously to fuck up our lives so we can feel that pain again but avoiding the memory of the actual things we experienced that left us feeling unclean. We dirty ourselves in an effort to get back to feeling clean. This is a paradoxical phenomenon we will even die rather than face.

The dirt bags you describe are seeking unconsciously and in all the wrong ways to get back to a state of grace. They recreate their inner hell seeking an exit that will not include the feeling of worthlessness at the core of it. Sorry if it makes no sense because it has nothing at all to do with intelligence. That's the nature of insanity. It's crazy.

LOL! I'd LOVE to see him charged with treason..and convicted.
Personally I have little doubt he is innocent. I suspect it is about loans he took to stave off bankruptcy or finance projects in real estate.

PS: I think I am forgetting how to speak English. I believe for sure Trump is guilty of treason. It just seemed wrong to say "I have little doubt he is guilty because I don't have little doubt. I don't have any doubt but I also don't like to claim to be sure of things that though obvious require a conviction to substanciate.

Or I was just making a poor joke that the people being referenced were part of the 90’s grunge band Garbage which sang the song “I’m only happy when it rains”. Which is about only being happy when your sad and things are bad.

I'm only happy when it rains
I'm only happy when it's complicated
And though I know you can't appreciate it
I'm only happy when it rains
You know I love it when the news is bad
Why it feels so good to feel so sad?
I'm only happy when it rains
Pour your misery down
Pour your misery down on me
Pour your misery down
Pour your misery down on me…”

former cia operative explains the real world consequences to trump documents in the wild.
the cost of pulling security personnel from their normal duties and having to go over the mountain of possible damage will have a major dollar cost.

also his interactions with him when he was in office suggest malicious intent to use rather than sentimental trophy.

some other bits in there, it is a fast and moderately dense 6 min video.

Just a heads up that it is well known that the lower the self esteem the more people fuck themselves by virtue of their negative behavior as described by fskimospy and the group you mentioned. This would not surprise people if they knew themselves. We have met the enemy and he is us.

Fraiser Crane?

No…it’s the only person who’s served as President but was never elected to the office.

Republicans ran thru their elected Pres and VP…both of them resigned due to corruption…doing illegal things. You know, GOP SOP.

(Richard Nixon was implicated in Watergate scandal and would certainly have been indicted if he hadn’t resigned. His VP, Spiro Agnew, resigned because of plea bargaining a corruption case from when he was Gov of MD. This left Gerald Ford, the VP replacement for Agnew, assuming the Presidency without being elected to the office. You want govt. crime, see Nixon.)

I did shake Ford’s hand once. Was “volunteered” to attend some speak to the “troops” crap he did at Arlington Natl Cemetery. Small venue…SS everywhere (was more interesting watching them vs Ford.)
