Maybe that says more about you than the President. I would think that after 50 times you would be able to pass with no problems.
 
I didn't read through the entire thread. This is a fairly recent news item, maybe a day or two old, and we've already piled up more than a hundred posts.

Here's something else from the day's news. The congressional committee interviewed DHS Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen, and a well-known legislator asked her whether Norway was populated by mostly "white people," in reference to the meeting in which the so-called Pres asked about "shithole countries." She said she didn't know.

Such duplicity. It has been observed that Nielsen has Swedish roots. She would know damn well something about Norway's demography, even if she isn't Norwegian-American.

This country has become very, very sick, very, very fast.

But looking at the issue about the so-called Pres's physical, noting that he was given a "cognitive" test, watch all the Trumpies stamp their feet and proclaim "See?! He's perfectly fit for office!"

The man has a psychological disorder. Further, he is morally and intellectually bankrupt -- things I'm sure have no significance for his vast following.

He may not be "cognitively impaired" with dementia, but he is cognitively unprepared.

He's a Liar.

He's most likely a Traitor.

And he doesn't give a damn about us. As for his base, he only cares about them for his own advancement.

The reason I love him still after 19 years or 5000 years depending on my mood is because he's extremely smart (smarter than me, it's infuriating!), fit and trim-ish, good looking, funnier than any one else I know (except me, I'm funnier than him), creative, witty & clever, very responsible, open-minded (in a no-nonsense kind of way, an asshole is an asshole, a decent person is a decent person) and most importantly, he loves me <--- TOLD YOU he is super smart!

I know a Russian immigrant and hairdresser who tells me "Just turn off the TV. Get rid of the news sources. Go up to the mountains . . . "

And every morning, I turn on any news channel that practices objective journalism. It's amazing I can keep my breakfast down. But a physical wouldn't discover the reason . . . why I almost can't. . . .

Yes the DHS Secretary looked and sounded dumber than shit. It's astounding the lack of fear of sounding and looking stupid this Administration has. It makes me sick to my stomach. Harris and Booker lit in to her pretty good though. Not sure it'll do any good but still, props to them.

Perhaps it's selection bias? I'm not sure what you do, neuropsych? Perhaps the patients that get to you just happen to be a population that have a much higher incidence of cognitive impairment. Like interchange, I've given the MMSE and MoCA more times than I can remember and probably could administer either from memory. I've seen many 30's. That said, I've administered it to patients for whom my pretest probability of any degree of cognitive impairment was nill.

What population are you testing? MCI prevalence in people older than Trump seems to be about 20% on the high end. Normal age related cognitive decline mostly affects processing speed which is not a component of the MoCA, but I agree can affect the score nonetheless. I've probably administered it closer to 100 times, but not in its intended population either, so I'm not sure I could generalize my results.
 
Hmm, how did Trump the miracle worker grow 1 inch as a mature adult? Maybe to stay out of the obese category. If he puts on 15 lbs this year his height will probably be listed as 6'7"

BTW - Obama lists his height as 6'1". You tell me. Trump seems shorter then Obama even with poofy hair.

Blood work and such, also its important to note he is healthy for his age. The Doctor was pretty specific about Trump being in good to excellent health for his age and he would be in better health with an improved diet and exercise.
Its just another thing to be jealous of Trump for.
