FAFO: Hiring a dementia-addled senile clown for the company party. Congrats MAGAts, the finding out part must be like having to eat your own shit and acting like it was a perfectly done rib-eye.
How would they find out?
Their brains exist in an alt-reality. Even if reality catches up and slaps them hard, they just blame someone else.

peepaw was tired from all the scheming he was doing earlier or something
I think he just has death on the mind and goes through all these very individual moments. like he's recording his achievements in his mush brain. No one else is around him, much more than standard for him. He's just in some sort of transitional phase in all his waking (3) hours of the day. It's weird to watch, but there is comfort in doing that his end is really quite soon.

It's what happens when Trump became their religiously endorsed role model to emulate. I'm more surprised that not any of them that I know of has tried to mimic that shrinking malformed divot he's sporting on the top of his head.

i mean holy fuck, that wistful gaze into a nonexistent ballroom, right in the middle of a big corporate invasion meeting of world villains, all as if no one else is there, it's just fucking telling from this goddamn pusbag.

this is literally what he does all day. he just fucking wonders around and stares out, hoping his pedo monument will be built for him to pedo in it. the world will remember his pedo history all tied to that ballroom, and it's killing him. he knows he aint' gonna see it, so he just finds a window and gazes. Here is is, literally the last, what, 4+ months? even longer when we go back to him getting lost on the roof in that one photo. that's what he was fucking doing, just trying to gaze into his future pedo room.

Rome burned while Nero played the violin.

What’s more disgusting; watching him become more delusional? Or the fact that all the people he’s surrounded himself with have all remained silent and look like vultures circling a dead corpse?

Maybe that's why they wants the AI so fast... they wants a Mecha Trump to replace Trump?

That clip was creepy AF. Wandering aimlessly. Whatever drugs his handlers are giving him are no competition for what's going on with that thing he calls a brain. The scary part isn’t that he’s losing his mind, it’s that this is an incredibly incompetent, mentally ill evil man who is losing his mind.

Cognitive test administrator: - "Name a number between zero and ten."

Trump: - "Giraffe."

Cognitive test administrator: - Um ..Sir, I don't ....

Trump: - "I Aced it!"

Well Vance just waiting for his moment. Miller enjoys he can do his white supremacist agenda without interference. Johnson knows if he says anything bad, he’s being removed as speaker tomorrow

From 2017:

The Dangerous Case of Donald Trump is a 2017 book edited by Bandy X. Lee, a forensic psychiatrist, containing essays from 27 psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals describing the "clear and present danger" that US President Donald Trump's mental health poses to the "nation and individual well being"...

This when he was 'relatively sane' compared to his current bizzaro state.

A second updated edition of the book with added material was later released. :p

In his present condition Trump is extremely vulnerable to the whims of the conniving sleaze he's surrounded himself with, most if not all are just as ruthless and inhumane as he is. These unelected crooked to the core underlings of his are in effect in control of the country backed by an unlimited source of cash and influence and they're exploiting this ideal scenario to the maximum extent of their abilities before they lose the House and hopefully the Senate.

November seems a lifetime away at the moment. I can't imagine what the next three years would do to the country if the Democrats can't mount an effective response at that time. It seems the DNC should have already been viciously attacking the numerous openings Trump has given them, yet there isn't much in the way of what's been offered up in the news that the Democrats could be taking advantage of.

Maybe their philosophy follows along the line of that old adage "Never interfere with an enemy while he's in the process of destroying himself." IDK

There are several historical accounts from past rulers who went down a similar path, caused by excess, lack of self hygiene, and (at the time) lack of medical care. Noteworthy examples include King Louis XIV, King James I of England, King Henry VIII of England, and many, many others. This goes beyond 'lol they didn't bathe back then', this was like 'foreign dignitaries refused to meet with them' and 'servants would vomit after leaving the room' kind of stuff. In a few cases it actually revolved around internal organs rotting while the individual was still alive, so there's always a chance.
