There are several historical accounts from past rulers who went down a similar path, caused by excess, lack of self hygiene, and (at the time) lack of medical care. Noteworthy examples include King Louis XIV, King James I of England, King Henry VIII of England, and many, many others. This goes beyond 'lol they didn't bathe back then', this was like 'foreign dignitaries refused to meet with them' and 'servants would vomit after leaving the room' kind of stuff. In a few cases it actually revolved around internal organs rotting while the individual was still alive, so there's always a chance.
Don't forget Stalin.
Now I am thinking why they are accelerating with AI... they want to create a Mecha Trump XD

Damn he looks like a corpse for most of that video lol.
Funny how it's so quiet in the media about his health. Meanwhile, with Biden, he was busy biking, being sharp in meetings, and just had a worsening stutter with age, and it was all hands on deck in the news, including idiotic speculation stories that it was Parkinson's because of the WH visitor log (even though those experts had visited as part of a brain research initiative).

Even if biden were slowing down (i dont doubt he was to some degree), his worst day is still better than trump's best day. And biden had a competent administrators and cabinet members.

They must juice him up pretty good for his rallies. Wonder what's in the cocktail. (I don't mean booze).
It's adrenaline and cortisol. If you spend time around an ailing elder, you'll see it a lot. The 'low points' are the baseline. The 'high points' are the hormonal uppers the body releases by eating reserves. They may also juice him up, but it may not be necessary.

Its gotten worse obviously...

(in April, 2025) former Johns Hopkins professor Dr. John Gartner explained his conviction that “there was absolutely no doubt” that Trump has dementia. “We’ve collected dozens and dozens of Trump’s phonemic paraphrasias, in which you use sounds in place of an actual word (a hallmark of brain damage and dementia),” said Gartner in one of the many examples he gave. “Trump will say something like ‘mishiz’ for missiles, or ‘Chrishus’ for Christmas, because he can’t complete the word. He is losing his capacity for coherent speech…Then there is the physical deterioration. He used to be quite graceful, and now he uses a wide-based gait typical of frontotemporal dementia.” Trump was also confusing generations and people, a sign of severe dementia, Gartner told us, saying more than 8 times that he has run for president against Obama. In a recent appearance on The Daily Beast Podcast, Gartner notes that “the paranoia is becoming more grotesque, more primitive.”
