Look up incorporation doctrine. Stop making statements about things you know nothing about.
In fact, either put on the court jester's hat or stop posting here...
Dallas is a booming city. Highrise apartments going up all over the place.
Public school system is screwed anyways, even the students from a "good" K-12 schools in CA are nothing compared on a global level. Charter schools are raising the standards and all big cities in TX have plenty of them
I think it's healthy for both TX and CA to have some of this rebalancing:
Torrance:

$662,500
Dallas:
http://www.zillow.com/dallas-tx/home-values/
$110,200
And $600k won't get you much better in LA and the Bay Area. The only thing $110k will get you in Dallas proper is is a tear down crack house/crack house in a bad hood.
Toyota is going to relocate nearly 5,000 jobs to Texas.
According to Rick Perry, 60 companies have moved to Texas since July 2012.

Something those libtards do not understand, they can not tax their way to prosperity. High taxes, high cost of living, excessive regulations are going to drive companies out of the stats.
The shift is part of a corporate strategy to locate the employees running its engineering and manufacturing, sales and marketing, financial services and certain corporate functions all in one complex.
Enabling greater collaboration and efficiencies across Toyota will help us become a more dynamic, innovative and successful organization in North America, said Jim Lentz, chief executive of Toyotas North America region.
One thing Dallas doesn't have: the gigantic Japanese community that is known as Gardena/Torrance. Once those JPN expats go to Dallas they'll be like "WHAT THE !!!! WERE WE THINKING".
I guess there will be an argument regarding their reason(s).

Yes. The 2nd amedment is now incorporated. How's that feel liberal?
Once those libtards see a free state the will rightfully get the fuck out.
High time to repeal the 14 th amendment.
Shit your mouth ignorant liberal
While Texas will never have as large as Asian population as California, Plano does have the largest concentration of affluent Asian Americans in North Texas, possibly the entire state. The Asian American population of Plano LOVES Plano. Most of the people moving with Toyota will probably end up living in Plano and Frisco. If the housing market in Plano wasn't so tight, they'd all end up in Plano. The children-less and younger people might end up near Uptown Dallas.
We still got the porn industry, for now.
The city filed 13 declarations from residents, including City Councilman H. Manuel Ortiz’s son, Manuel Ortiz Jr., about the smells coming from the facility and how their quality of life was impacted, according to court documents.
The constitution doesn't apply to states. So in that regard it isn't valid.
This reminds me of the right wing meme from a few years ago claiming all the rich people were leaving CA.
Because clearly if you are wealthy you would want to leave a state that has the perfect balance of great weather and amazing geography and move to a crappier place.
If it weren't for Sillicon Valley's money, CA would have been completely bankrupt years ago.
I believe in the free markets. And the free markets are valuing living in CA higher than living in TX. People are willing to pay much more to live in CA than TX.
There has been a lot of debate over this, and it isn't exactly a free market. A lot of places are prohibiting new housing to be built, thus artificially driving up the cost of housing.
Texas does have a lower cost of living than CA, but that is because Texas isn't so full of smugness.
People just have no choice but to pay more to live in CA. It used to be exactly the opposite by the way- this was the land of cheap property. Those days are over.
Paying more to be here is fine and dandy for those who can afford it. But why would companies pay more to be here when they don't have to? More and more, if they don't have to, they won't. And I know it doesnt mean anything to the ass-sitters doing nothing anyway, but to the productive that means those jobs won't be here either.
