Madden, without a doubt. I've bought every madden game since 1999 (I owned two copies, one for gamecube, one for ps3, last year). I play it religiously, year in, year out.

edit: I justify putting madden on this list, cuz 3 of the copies I owned were for PC (and there is consistantly a PC version)

Civilization, any of them, are really addictive. WOW might have the (perverse) social aspect, but Civ is a game you play ALONE and for days.

Total Annihilation
Unreal Tournament 1
Battlefield 1942 (and the rest)
WoW

I'd shudder to imagine the amount of hours I've put into these games. Maybe more than I've spent sleeping.
