I think Brady picked tampa because their stadium will host the Superbowl.

If he gets to the Superbowl, then it'll be another bling to add to his resume.
1st qb to play in the Superbowl in his home stadium
He is going to the SB and it IS in Tampa.

While I do like to make fun of everyone over TB I know that KC will win. Mahomes just has that talent and youth that drives seasoned defensive lines say 'what the fuck?'. Even I could not ignore the threat of Mahomes after the first couple of games I watched with him. Its no wonder the KC franchise told him he had to stop playing street hoops. He was too valuable to the franchise, the conference and the NFL at large. He's brady Junior, or BJ for short. :p

He is Brady Junior with running ability (and probably a stronger arm) thrown in. All that remains to be seen really, is if he can maintain the competitive drive, mental toughness and avoid injury to approach the longevity of Brady. Many QBs with far superior physical talent to Brady have faded away or failed to live up to their potential, but so far at least Mahomes seems to have his act together.

I'm all in on KC winning. Mahomes is a far more likable guy.

Tom comes off as that alpha exec who you know is good at what he does but a greasy, dirty bitch.

I also just don't like Tampa because the weirdest losses happen there to my football team, including that Oakland Super Bowl victory.

Don't like Mahomes at all. His commercials are dull and annoying as well. Also don't like the Chiefs.

I'll be cheering for Brady to get his 7th before he retires. Mahomes is 25 and has at least 10 more years in the league.

PS: Still angry the Raiders lost.

Definitely rooting for Brady, but I like Mahomes as well. His job is playing football, not making commercials. In fact most athletes who make commercials are pretty terrible, (looking at you Aaron Rogers). That said, it is too bad they pay athletes big bucks for making commercials when they are rich already, while so many other (better) actors need work desperately. But that is just the way it is.

Edit: I grew up in Missouri, and hated the Chiefs because I was a football Cardinals fan. Havent really liked them since they moved to Arizona though, and have become a sort of Chiefs fan.

Good place to be right now with Reid, Mahomes, Tyreek and Kelsey.

Well when Mahomes makes out with his son on camera or supports a white supremacist for President (oh whoops, I meant calls a white supremacist that incited an attempted insurrection, a close personal friend) then you can call him Brady Jr.

Lifelong NE fan here but even I have to root for Brady. I just like the fact that even without the Patriots he continues to piss everyone off in the rest of the league. Poor league, the old man is proving he can play with anyone and win. What'
s your QB's excuse?

I like how you somehow seem to think being a Pats fan means you would hate Brady because he went to a different team.

The optical flaws of Trump are for fools to get emotional over.

The actual flaws of Trump are concerning in a different way.

What I heard (here) was that Tom played golf with T-ex, not that he'd declared him a friend or endorsed him. Now Robert Kraft is said to have been a friend, not sure about that now.

As a WFT fan, if I had to choose, knowing what we know now about Cousins, I would 100% take Daniel Jones over Cousins. We've seen Cousins be Cousins for the past 6 years. He is who he is. Daniel Jones at least still has an upside that could be better than eh currently is.

Valid point ... I still don't think Jones is the answer to winning a Superbowl as a starting NFL QB but at least there's still a chance!

Although them's some LOOOOOONNNNNNG odds! :p

Manning retired after his final super bowl win. He certainly wasn't in his prime, but much closer to the top than NEARLY ALL NFL QB's in league history when they ARE AT THE PEAK OF THEIR CAREERS.

Ftfy! ;)

He didn't go to another team. The Pats didn't renew his contract. Bad decision IMO so I can't hate the guy for going somewhere and being successful. Just because he's playing for someone else now doesn't undo his Pats successes. I hate the Belichick and Kraft for showing him the door than him having to walk out it.

Now, if the Pats wanted to keep him and he left because he wanted to leave then I would have hate for him as a Pats fan.

Josh Hawley, enough said.
Oh, you mean the senator from MI who has been asked to resign by two prominent MI newspapers given his disgraceful activities surrounding the electoral vote. Agreed. Opportunist with no conscience.

Brady is the GOAT. I respect that. But fuck all MAGA. They are bad hombres. Plus Mahomes is mad talented, is down with BLM, and is frankly way more exciting to watch than most QB's, including terrific Tom. Go chiefs.

He should really be coaching. And if he cant or wont do that, he should take his millions and invest in a brand or something, make his money grow like Paul Newman.

i rather see Brady vs the Bills.

brady vs chiefs isnt a bad story:
the 2 most recent superbowl winning qb's faceoff against each other

but the Bills brings a better fan story:
Can the bills snap their curse or will Brady do it again?

I dont agree with Brady's political views, but I do think he has been fairly reasonable in not trying to force them down anyone's throat.
