You guys are so easy, I love it. Any threat to your favorite team and you are left posting all day in a babbling mess of anger. Extra points to the person who took an hour to look up all of my posts, 8/10.

Let me get this straight. Brady goes whine to a federal judge "NFL took away my game playing priviledge, make them give it back!" And the judge does, but what gives a judge the power to over-rule the NFL?
Did you not read the statement given with the verdict? It answers your stupid question.

Brady has been vindicated. All those who still point and call him a cheater, are guilty of stolen valor.

First, I agree with the ruling for the reasons the judge gave. However, the ruling really has nothing to do with whether or not Brady and/ or the Patriots cheated from what I can see. That issue really has not and probably never will be settled 100%.

I'm past the point of caring by now. Time for Ohio State football which is the only professional team I follow these days :D

If stupidity were an asset you'd be worth $10 mil, unfortunately it's as worthless as any of your moronic posts, each one confidently predicting Brady going down in flames and quoting that POS Munson multiple times has left you in the "village idiot" category, top of the list in fact!.

He doesn't seem to realize how INCREDIBLY EASY it is to look up his posts in this thread either.

I'm just glad he's done posting. As an NFL fan I want to see all the players play whenever possible, if we had the Texans on our schedule I would not want to see Watt sidelined for 4 games because he had used an illegal cleat or some other bullshit. I get the Brady hate, it is what it is, but no one can deny he's a premiere talent in the league and belongs on the field.

The thread retards are going to be more butthurt.

NFL owners to reportedly discuss change in Roger Goodell’s role in league discipline

Although it’s uncertain whether Goodell’s authority would be reduced, the decision to reevaluate his role resolving appeals is the first solid sign the outcome of Tom Brady’s court case could have a lasting and significant impact on his position. “There will certainly be discussion about that,” one owner said, speaking on the condition of anonymity because of the sensitivity of the topic. The owner said he is “not sure where it will lead.”

Legal experts say NFL will have a tough time getting Brady decision overturned

The hilarious thing is, Sp33demon kept bringing up Lester Munson as his go to lawyer on this case, even though he a) was wrong in his predictions about all the other cases Goodell has presided over (i.e. Hardy, Rice, Peterson) b) hasn't practiced law in forever and c) he had his law license suspended for an ethics violation:

http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2015/08/21/espn-legal-analyst-declares-nfl-will-win-brady-case/

I don’t know Lester Munson personally, and I have no reason to question his intelligence or lack thereof. Except, that is, for the fact that he was once suspended by the Illinois Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission in a case that included a finding that he failed to maintain separate accounts for client funds from settlements and for his business expenses.

Which, as any lawyer can tell you, is incredibly uninformed.

Sp33demon, this is who you're using for your legal analysis, making you a tremendous idiot bitch. Do you use a Tarot card reader to make stock predictions too?

Another thing about overturning, judges HATE having their rulings overturned, and that makes it very rare that it happens. Given the media publicity, i expect the judge was extra careful. Another lawyer pointed out that when you go appeal a decision against you, it's not like it's a 50/50 proposition, you are actually going into the appeal at a disadvantage and you have to have a VERY convincing case to overturn the initial ruling.

Still better than the "Pro Football Focus RB elusiveness rating" and other stuff he comes up with to make his fantasy projections, as if this shit is scientific somehow.

And the judge does, but what gives a judge the power to over-rule the NFL? A quarterback cannot tell the balls are under inflated is Brady's excuse to go back to play? The other team did.

This will win either the gold, silver, or bronze medal as the stupidest fucking post in this thread.

For all those still caught up on "Brady destroyed his cell phone".

Kessler panned the NFL for making Brady's destruction of his phone such a big issue, noting that investigator Ted Wells testified that he never told Brady he would be subject to a suspension if he didn't turn it over.

"We all know there was nothing being hidden on the phone; what the league has tried to sort of bury is the fact they had all the text messages with the club attendants and ball boys, and they had the phone records that showed there were no other text messages to them," Kessler said on the program.

I guess you can call yourselves useful idiots. :)

Look, I'm on Brady's side on this, but this doesn't prove anything nor is it the reason most people took issue with the cell phone. There could have been relevant texts to another party, and the reason people took issue with the cell phone was the destruction which prevented any additional checks on it.

This statement doesn't nothing to ease those concerns. It just shows Brady provided all the texts they asked for.

It's a moot point now.

Really? So, what was the reason most people took issue with the cell phone?

And I'll play your game. What other party could Brady have texted that would make those texts relevant? And remember Wells said he didn't want BRady's cell phone.

The phone was a distraction. And it's obviously still distracting some.

The only thing of importance at this point is the owners realizing just how bad Goodell is making the NFL look and to replace him or let him stick to marketing efforts where he is probably good at. Keep in mind former commissioner's Tagliabue and Rozelle both had the authority to dispense justice but neither of them did so very often. You know it's bad when most people believe Brady knew something but did a huge double-take when Goodell was caught lying and public opinion began to sway for Brady despite the fact that most thought he was guilty. Brady, (apparently) was willing to take a game and a hefty fine and call it done with but nooooooo, ego-driven Goodell HAD to have TB12 admit to his $5 mil Wells report and refused this offer. What baffles me is that Berman had twice used your legal team and Goodell as punching bags like Stallone does to the beef side in Rocky and you still thought you were going to win this decision?, unreal.

I posted the reason, it was the destruction. He didn't refuse to hand it over, he did that, then destroyed it.

How about texts between Brady and oh, I don't know, the owner/GM/HC/QB coach/anyone else on the team or management.

Again, this is a moot point.

edit: @Butch1 you're right, it only show just how incompetent Goodell is.

Do you know anything about how evidence are gathered, and what is admissible in a court of law?

You can't just ask someone to hand you whatever you wanted in hope that you'll find some dirt on them, however remote that chance is.

I think Brady had good reason why he shouldn't provide his cell phone that doesn't have anything to do with deflategate: there was probably lots of embarrassing things on his phones that he didn't want to get out that had nothing to do with football whatsoever, and that was proven when his emails were released to the public. I know i sure as hell wouldn't want any of my communications public for people to gawk at and i think most people would be embarrassed to have their private life made public like that.

They got the relevant texts they needed.
