You guys are so easy, I love it. Any threat to your favorite team and you are left posting all day in a babbling mess of anger. Extra points to the person who took an hour to look up all of my posts, 8/10.
Did you not read the statement given with the verdict? It answers your stupid question.Let me get this straight. Brady goes whine to a federal judge "NFL took away my game playing priviledge, make them give it back!" And the judge does, but what gives a judge the power to over-rule the NFL?

Brady has been vindicated. All those who still point and call him a cheater, are guilty of stolen valor.
O-H :thumbsup:First, I agree with the ruling for the reasons the judge gave. However, the ruling really has nothing to do with whether or not Brady and/ or the Patriots cheated from what I can see. That issue really has not and probably never will be settled 100%.
I'm past the point of caring by now. Time for Ohio State football which is the only professional team I follow these days![]()

If stupidity were an asset you'd be worth $10 mil, unfortunately it's as worthless as any of your moronic posts, each one confidently predicting Brady going down in flames and quoting that POS Munson multiple times has left you in the "village idiot" category, top of the list in fact!.
Although it’s uncertain whether Goodell’s authority would be reduced, the decision to reevaluate his role resolving appeals is the first solid sign the outcome of Tom Brady’s court case could have a lasting and significant impact on his position. “There will certainly be discussion about that,” one owner said, speaking on the condition of anonymity because of the sensitivity of the topic. The owner said he is “not sure where it will lead.”
I don’t know Lester Munson personally, and I have no reason to question his intelligence or lack thereof. Except, that is, for the fact that he was once suspended by the Illinois Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission in a case that included a finding that he failed to maintain separate accounts for client funds from settlements and for his business expenses.
Which, as any lawyer can tell you, is incredibly uninformed.

The hilarious thing is, Sp33demon kept bringing up Lester Munson as his go to lawyer on this case, even though he a) was wrong in his predictions about all the other cases Goodell has presided over (i.e. Hardy, Rice, Peterson) b) hasn't practiced law in forever and c) he had his law license suspended for an ethics violation:

Sp33demon, this is who you're using for your legal analysis, making you a tremendous idiot bitch. Do you use a Tarot card reader to make stock predictions too?
Let me get this straight. Brady goes whine to a federal judge "NFL took away my game playing priviledge, make them give it back!" And the judge does, but what gives a judge the power to over-rule the NFL? A quarterback cannot tell the balls are under inflated is Brady's excuse to go back to play? The other team did.
This will win either the gold, silver, or bronze medal as the stupidest fucking post in this thread.
Kessler panned the NFL for making Brady's destruction of his phone such a big issue, noting that investigator Ted Wells testified that he never told Brady he would be subject to a suspension if he didn't turn it over.
"We all know there was nothing being hidden on the phone; what the league has tried to sort of bury is the fact they had all the text messages with the club attendants and ball boys, and they had the phone records that showed there were no other text messages to them," Kessler said on the program.
For all those still caught up on "Brady destroyed his cell phone".
I guess you can call yourselves useful idiots.![]()
Look, I'm on Brady's side on this, but this doesn't prove anything nor is it the reason most people took issue with the cell phone. There could have been relevant texts to another party, and the reason people took issue with the cell phone was the destruction which prevented any additional checks on it.
This statement doesn't nothing to ease those concerns. It just shows Brady provided all the texts they asked for.
It's a moot point now.

Really? So, what was the reason most people took issue with the cell phone?
And I'll play your game. What other party could Brady have texted that would make those texts relevant? And remember Wells said he didn't want BRady's cell phone.
The phone was a distraction. And it's obviously still distracting some.
