Are you serious? Binding Arbiration always favors the richer (NFL in this case) party. You should be celebrating this victory if ur not a huge conglomerate. Why do you think Conglomerates write binding arbitration into their contracts. Pull out your credit card agreement and see what it says.

You must understand you can't contract away your federal rights. No matter what contract I sign in arbitration as Judge Berman said, there has to be some fundamental fairness. I can't sign a contract forcing me to do something illegal and expect it to be upheld in court.

I found the ruling. Haven't read it. But Berman seems to have vacated the ruling in it's entirety and I don't believe they can re suspend him.

It seems like the NFLPA won on all it's points that the judge reviewed. Skimming the ruling, there is nothing I can think anyone can really disagree with.

And personally, I want the notion of binding arbitration to die in a fire. But I also want the massive amounts of litigation for even the smallest of hangnails to die in a fire too. This is one of those hangnail situations.
