Only thing this proves is that binding arbitration, which virtually every company uses to gut consumer rights now, doesn't apply to you if you're rich or famous. Of course we already knew that.
Notes: Yes, the CBA is flawed, but the NFLPA agreed to it. Yes, Goodell is an asshat, but the NFLPA agreed to that too. Just glad this bullshit is done with and we can finally move on to a new season of Patriots scandals.
