The biggest thing from that i took? The fucking Investigator Ted Wells didn't know the fucking difference between inflate and deflate. o_O

Also i read the Colts had balls BELOW 12.5 too! why hasn't Payton fucking manning been suspended 4 games?

He was not playing in the game - wrong team.

Hah Florio has been all over this lately:

http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2015/08/05/kessler-asked-for-transcript-release-during-hearing/

Before Tuesday’s unexpected release of the Tom Brady appeal hearing transcript, it was believed that neither the NFL nor the NFLPA wanted the transcript to be released.

As it turns out, the NFLPA did.

“I would like the NFL to think about this,” NFLPA attorney Jeffrey Kessler said at page 343 of the transcript. “We have had this issue back and forth and we propose that there not be confidentiality in this matter and the NFL said they wanted confidentiality and we agreed to something and it was there. I would like to propose on behalf of the Union that we can release this transcript of this [hearing] today. I would like the NFL to think about that. That’s our proposal. . . .

“I think there is a great public interest in this and in the interest of transparency, that would be something that we would like to see done.”

The NFL declined. And maybe after studying the transcript we now know why.

SP33Demon is a ravens homer so you can't really blame him for acting the way he acts. that is just how the majority of ravens fans are. it's kind of like special needs kids.

Coming from a Skins fan, that is a lot. When was the last time your team has won a title? Were you old enough to remember? /snicker

No hard evidence? Again, I see reading isn't ur strong point, again. You're just making a caricature of yourself now. But, let me help you.

I read part of the article late last night, and I found a couple of articles this morning to summarize the points I didn't read. But, I'll read the whole thing, some while getting a pedicure later and the rest while at the airport.

See the difference between you and I, the thing I keep harping on is, I value being educated on things before speaking on it. And the only way to do that is to actually read shit that I'm interested in myself. Or I could be like you and just spout off at the mouth without an inkling about what ur talking about and continuously look like a fool and/or stupid.

And honestly, I couldn't work for a company that employs a dumb-fuck like you.

The exact text is recorded here, nothing about deflated footballs to be found. I love Harbaugh's message to little cocksuckers:
"If somebody wants to pick a fight with us, pick it," Harbaugh said. "Bring it on. Our yes is yes, our no is no. If we screwed up, we say we messed up and we take responsibility for it. That's how we do it around here."

Now go finish reading and reporting back to us on the 457 pages since you're sucking the teet of the gov taxes I'm paying.

and that has absolutely nothing to do with what i stated. i'm not delusional about how the skins are, they suck ass.

and i don't sit around and skid around facts about the cowboys or eagles or giants when things come up about them just because i don't like those teams. you're just a typical ravens fan, i work with a shitload of them up in columbia.

Look at post 2 above - he acknowledged his error

but not the one where he has confidence in Cutler :p

I never said i had confidence in Cutler! i am hoping htey would suspend PFM for the game..that might give us a chance to win.

you know what? they should suspend the whole Bronco's defense...

My pedicure was short, so didn't get much done. I'll resume when I hit the airport.

But are you really trying to chastise someone for reading? Jesus, I would hate to be your kids.

Yea, I'd say so. This is what will kill the NFL if it goes to trial, the "law of shop", in other words, how these transgressions are generally handled. It deemed both of those incidents as not worthy of ANY attention but the Pat's get a $million dollar fine, lose 2 draft picks and their starting QB for 1/4 of the season. If I were Kraft I would seriously talk with my lawyers about filing a lawsuit.

Shop law applies to the workers, the players, not the organization/owners.

He looks like he has soft hands. IF i have to have my balls handled i want someone with soft hands.

Obviously. You need a guy who, when he says "deflating," he means losing weight.
