If it makes no difference why do it?

The nature of the NFL is your always looking for an edge, It could involve bending rules until you get caught, spraying Pam on your shirt if your an offensive lineman, spraying adhesive on your gloves, (Rice), trying to figure out defensive signals, (Pat's), warming up balls on a frigid day, (Vikings).

Tom Brady loses appeal of four-game ban

Arbitrator Roger Goodell has ruled to uphold Tom Brady's four-game suspension for his role in the use of deflated footballs in the Patriots AFC Championship Game win over the Colts in January.

GOOD! That's justice for the jerk-off, if he just came out and admitted it this would never have got so far, he brought this on himself. Oh, and he's not winning JACK in court, they would have to tear down the entire NFL appeal process which isn't going to happen, it wouldn't/could'nt be just to argue the suspension.

Not sure if serious. You obviously haven't followed Ray Rice and Adrian Peterson going to Federal Court to get their NFL's suspensions overturned. The NFLPA has already commented they will go to Federal Court if the suspension wasn't removed.

If they cant actually prove anything he shouldn't be punished. In my biased opinion which is somewhat backed by facts :p

That is not how NFL punishment works though. You don't have to be guilty beyond a reasonable doubt, hell you don't need to have 51% chance of being guilty like a civil trial. The person in charge simply has to want to think you did something wrong.

Also, 4 game suspension for altering balls... 2 game suspension for beating a women and threatening to kill her. GG NFL, still haven't learned a fucking thing.

Hey tom, nice legacy. Now in the same category as bonds, clemens, lance armstrong. All were great in their respective sports aside from a minor detail.

What would be nice is if Brady sues and whoever hears the case decides that both Brady and Goddell are giant scumbag assholes that deserve to lose, increases the Brady suspension to an entire season and kicks Goddell out for the same time span. But we'll get peace in the middle east long before something that perfect happens.

lol - I guess there will be morons who agree with that logic.

As it stands, Brady is the greatest QB of all time.

Yes, and Bonds was the greatest hitter of all time and Lance Armstrong the greatest cycler. Take a hike.
