I like Achievements better because it's easier to sort through and it feels more organized.

Trophies just feel like this huge single list and it's hard to find which one's you've accomplished and stuff.

And lastly, I think it has a lot to do with just the fact that xbox interface is probably a bit better than XMB.

But I use my PS3 way more than my xbox due to blu ray and MW2.
