I don't give a **** about Arafat, but neither do I about Sharon.

Now, let them get rid of Arafat and let's here what their next excuse will be for failing to recognise one's right to self-determination--the very claim they made for having a sovereign nation of theirs.
 
Ya know something...i'm tired of all the crap that goes on over in that part of the world. Personally, I don't give a crap if they all blow the hell out of each other. Let him. Good riddence (sp?) to bad garbage. As long as they don't harm other civilized countries let them bomb the hell out of each other and the problem will take care of itself. Screw 'em. I'm sick of the US stepping in all this crap.

The surrounding Arabs gave up their right to call for self-determination when they repeatedly tried to deny Israel that very thing, and had their asses handed to them.

The fact that Israel did not invade and occupy all the surrounding nations as was their right after being repeatedly attacked only shows that they have incredible restraint. That they only occupy the lands that intersect their own shows they are only interested in the security of their nation.

Self-determination does not give a people the right to repeatedly attack another, then claim victim status when they lose.

Which is why Israel is going after the primary person screaming for war and murder in the region. I'm glad we see eye to eye on this one, Czar.

after reading many of your posts I can safely assume that you hate terrorists, the taliban, the extremists in Palestine and in other places. You hate them because they seek out violence, you hate them becuase they cheer when one of them manage to kill one of their enemies. Now you are exactly the same, you seek out violence, you cheer when one of your enemies die.

Czar, fine. I guess the US coming over to help Europe boot the Nazis was an act of terrorism.

I'm not cheering this. In fact, please point out one time I've cheered. I have only a sigh of relief that Israel is doing something decisive after pussy footing around far to long in an attempt to appease the UN.

Again, where have I cheered? I believe they are more than justified, and I wish the Arabs hadn't brought it to this, but I have NOT cheered. If you're going to accuse me of something, produce a quote or stop twisting my words to fit your preconceived notion of me. :|
 
The US needs to get together with Israel and wipe out the rest of the Middle East. Then, once that mission is accomplished, we turn on Israel and wipe them out, also. Now, we have eliminated the political terrorists and the financial terrorists of the world. We have the oil and we have peace. It's a masterful plan.
