I guess my kids were just trying to be creative.

If you guys ever get a chance to visit Seoul, Korea

Try to visit the palaces (which were all rebuilt recently because they were burned again and again by the Japanese. They basically burned thousands of years of history.)

When the nazis took over France, they just marched through the Triumphant Arc, not burn the damn thing.

Don't talk about another country unless you know the full story.

Just read.

Given the recent Japan's reattempt to erase the history vs China and Korea from the textbook, I think I can understand.

I read that only like .3% of schools have chosen to even use that textbook which causes the Chinese and Koreans to go crazy.

well, it's mainly due to the island. 2nd and 3rd pics talk of the small island, and both countries think it's theirs. ah well hehe.

Although I'm Korean, I think it's phokked up that their teachers are allowing them to pull that shiet off. Why bring kids into politics? Sometimes, I really hate my own people, I really do.

Just go to koreantown in LA, and you'll see why. Nothing but egotistical, superficial, wannabe hardasses.

I can count the number of korean friends that I have in 1 hand. Heck, hack off half of my hand, and I still can count the number of korean friends I have. Korean-americans are like the worse breed of asians.

I'm korean, so I'm allowed to say this. I know there are bad apples in every group, but I think we have the most bad apples.

That said, I can't agree w/ Japan w/ their current stance on the past and what not.

bah, politics is a bunch of garbage to talk about :(.

I wish aliens will come attack us, and we have to pull together to kill them off.

I think it's a little crazy for little kids to make stuff like that. I guess they're indoctrinated at an early age.

How is this any different than little kids being taught about terrorists?

Little kids see and learn things all the time. Don't think Korean taught these kids on purpose. Let's just say that it's embeddedin our heritage just like Americans abhor terrorists.

Now, I don't, in any way, mean that the terrorists are good, i'm talking about a propaganda stand-point.

All states have a different view, and calling one nationality crazy isn't very nice.

Although I don't believe in what the kids drew, I can definitely understand where they came from.

If you were in Korea, you'd know how serious it had gotten back then.
And don't try to relate Korean-Americans to Koreans because, they are not the same. They live a totally different life, they grow up under messed up mixed values, and I heard California is the place where you see the worst of.

And it doesn't mean you can say whatever you want just because your parents are Korean. To me, you're not.

Um, I noticed a lot of Californians (well at least the ones from LA area) are like that period not just Koreans. And the Koreans here in Georgia are not like the lot you speak of. Maybe it's the west coast culture.

this is what happens when korean kids take a break from starcraft.
:p j/k

japan has a f'ed up past and they should be honest and open about it. but incubating too much hate like this isn't a good idea.
