35 you are not to any of the "interesting" part of getting old, just the missing being a teenager part.

32 and look and feel fantastic. Still go to the local park and play pickup basketball with guys that are in their early 20's. Exercise on a regular basis and eat mostly healthy. You're only as old as you let yourself be. A body is no different than a car. Ever seen someone's car that was 2 years old but looked like it had went through a tsunami? And then saw some old guys cadillac that was 15 years old but still looked brand new? Same thing with your body/appearance.

Oh man! Let it be cold and damp...my left knee feels like someone put sand in the joint. My wrists are messed up every day though. I average 1k mg of ibuprofen a day and 600 mgs of Tylenol.

Went to see my new ACA doctor for a physical.

Uhh... When you get your PSA test, is it normal for him to have one hand on each hip?

Yeah at 32 I was in great shape. Get back to us when you're 50. I expect you'll still be in good shape but your body parts start to wear out no matter what you do. Quite irritating when you still want to be as active.

After reading through this thread I would have to say you are as old as you feel, just be sure to feel a young one. 65 tomorrow and it's not the age it's the mileage.

Agreed.

My friend is 62 and he regularly competes in running and cycling races. He has a double-century event coming up.

I'm in my 20s and have been feeling old for at least a few years now.. Body slowing down, disliking anyone younger, everything you guys have mentioned.. I've tried to follow the advice of maintaining your body like you would your car, but I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. Maybe I need more variety of exercise? I eat pretty healthy.
