With the correct options turned on, you can shoot your friends in the head with a rocket launcher and nothing will happen to them

It is possible to jump twice, as long as you jump again at the peak of your first jump.

Make sure to save frequently, that way if you get killed, you can come back to where you were a few seconds ago unscathed.
