I guess I'd be angry too if my mom made me wear sissy yellow pants out of the house.

I sure am glad they'll pursue the "maximum" penalty against these kids. I feel safer knowing they will get 20 hours of community service and asked (not required) to apologize to the victim. They must be shaking in their new basketball shoes.

Whoever wrote that article forgot you're not supposed to point out the race of the victim and perps when it's black on white crime. How does he not know this?

I would guess it's using a device to supplement a crime. Without the phone the crime may not have happened if the intent of the crime was to put it on the internet. Seems kind of silly but I hope the kids get many years. I doubt they will, though. Just starting their life off on the right foot with some juvie and then they can start the really hard time in their 20's for some subsequent crimes later on they'll commit.

edit - on second look, it says "persistent moisture" and "increasing flood threat." Its totally a penis.
