I just wish African American culture to just drop the obsession with sports and hip hop/music and embrace other/more productive ways of life. The more it is glorified the more it will happen. It doesn't help that over 30+% (I doubt the single parent is a father for the most part) don't have good/any form of father figure to instill good values on them. I never got beaten up/picked on/abused in Highschool and I went to a highschool where my class was 900 strong with over 3K students total.

Unfortunately this happens all the time, it just rarely makes the news.

The worst one I saw a while back on nothingtoxic was one at an elementary or middle school in front of a whole playground of kids watching, a group of 3 boys beat another boy until he started seizing, then everyone got freaked out an split, and the poor kid was just laying there flopping around. I was filled with rage after that one. I don't even understand how children that young can be so brutal.

There's a difference between getting in a fight, and getting lynched. This was the latter. There was no honor in it. And it's not even about skin color, it's about respect. This kid did nothing to antagonize them other than having some shoes they wanted.

I've been in my share of fist fights, but they were always one on one. I got my ass "whupped", and I handed out a few myself. But in the end, no one died, no one was hospitalized.

There was only one lynching I witnessed in my life, and it was a scenario similar to this one. Those guys went to jail (well, all except for one who was sent to Chicago because he was headed to the NBA). They went to jail because what they did was a criminal act. No one was ever arrested for one on one fighting (at least not in my under 18 years old days).

Plain and simple, these kids are dregs on society. I'd say the same fucking thing if they were white.

The houses in Brookline are cheep and Brookline considered a white neighborhood. It has a lot of police and firemen living there and is one of the safer places to live. Any funny business like shady massage parlors or some guy trying to pimp hookers out his house won't last more then a week. They don't put up with that shit in Brookline. Well being that the houses are so cheep and the reputation that Brookline has for being one of the safer places to live has cause the blacks to start buying up the houses there. A lot of older people live there and they are dieing out or moving to places like Az and Florida for retirement. You never hear white people say I'm going to move to a black neighborhood and for good reason but a black person never has problem moving to the "white neighborhood". After seeing this I fear for my daughter. She is only 6 months old but as she gets older I'm I to just let her walk around town alone oh hell no. Also this is prompting me to get my CC license. If those animals ever tried something like that I'd make sure they get a full round of bullets to the head.
