Had they not been rejected, the PlayStation may not have been what it is today. Competition is healthy, in encourages perfection.

Nintendo's Virtual Boy was a disaster. Just awful and it even gave people headaches. I did like that tennis game for it though.


Sega has made plenty of dumb decisions such as the 32X, releasing the Saturn early in the US (with that ugly remade controller instead of the superior japanese one), not localizing the many excellent Saturn games in Japan..etc.

man i had the SEga 32X and the Sega CD. sigh such a waste of money.

heh.. I had the Master System, Genesis, Sega CD, 32X, Saturn, Game Gear...etc.. I was a glutton for punishment when it came to Sega hardware.

The PS2 made a profit right from it's launch. If it sold at a loss, Sony won't even bother selling them in piracy-infested countries.
