When he was on the outside of the church, begging for help... So ironic. That's how he should have met his demise, with such poetic justice.
That's what I was expecting/hoping for. Alas.

Lesson Learned - Never stab a bitch with a scissor if she is holding a gun, for she will blow your brains out and make you her bitch.
I did think it was idiotic that they went into the building for the trade, you would think it would be done outside on semi-neutral ground. When they were walking up the narrow staircase, it seemed they were ripe for an ambush. Poor execution of a mediocre plan.

Yep. I've grown tired of pointing out the nonsense in the show. Now I expect in every episode that some or all of Rick's group will do something completely stupid and make you wonder just how do the writers expect us to believe such a group survived so long.
The cops that are left they are all the ones that Dawn was ok with right?
Sorta, but they clearly weren't ok with her. Once she was gone they all seemed to want to stand down and basically welcomed Rick's group in.
Dawn was psycho.
This show has completely gone off the rails.
All the characters suck. (do I care about any of them at all?)
The story line(s) (are there any?) or horrible.
The intelligence level has dropped through the floor.
And the acting... holy cripes, the acting. Worse than most HS plays. (Beth was the worst too, so her getting offed is OK with me)
Sadly, I'm a completionist and will watch every bitter episode until the end.
No indication whatsoever. Is there any indication of who from the hospital might be joining Rick's group?
This season is rather sloppy. Maggie and Beth not even contemplating the existence of each other is one of the more glaring flaws of this season. Even season 2 was more cohesive than this.
I'm sure the people developing the show don't really care. Writing quality is down, but ratings are up.
Meh, the writing on this show has never been good. I watch for zombies and entertaining storylines/set pieces, and to a lesser degree the characters. This season has easily been one of the most entertaining in a while, at least in my opinion.

Yeah it definitely was fun to watch, especially once you set the expectation up for yourself that there are going to be stupid profoundly irrational situations presented. It's just what is bound to happen when they scrape at the bottom of the barrel of innovation for ideas.
But yeah, fun season. I especially like that a lot of the scenery was in the city instead of countryside.

The best part of the show is the setting. The ghost towns and even the urban areas are just done incredibly well to give that atmosphere. Unfortunately, it is similar to Fallout 3: great setting, lacking in pretty much everything else.

BTW- I caught one of the earlier episodes from this season over the weekend and noticed on one of the scenes of the city there was a Abrams tank surrounded by dead zombies - is it suggested that it is the same tank Rick once got trapped inside during Season 1 ??
Is Newnan, GA a nice town to live in? I would imagine the cast and crew would get bored living there.
