exactly the same feeling about this new episode vs the first half of season 3. however i did like season 2 - i felt the farmhouse episodes while slower with action helped build the characters up in a good way for season 3.

but this first episode of the 2nd half of season 3 was completely 'meh.
 
Why do I always get annoyed at all characters of TWD? I realized this after the break.

-Andrea pisses me off

-Governor's voice is annoying as fuck, so are the sheeple townsfolk.

-Merle's raspy voice and the trash that comes out of his mouth are annoying. Not, "he's playing his character well", but genuinely annoying.

-Hershel and his redneck ass is annoying. He speaks like 2 sentences per minute.

-Even Glenn is getting on my nerves. Too much of a pussy and lets Rick boss him around too much.

-Rick and his annoying ass is annoying.

-Dumbass Carl

-Annoying butch women

-And annoying Hershel's younger daughter.

It's strange because I enjoy all characters and LOVE the asshole villains in other shows like Breaking Bad, Mad Men, or House. I really find vast majority of characters in TWD annoying.

They should kill off everyone except Maggie, Darryl, & Glenn. And reboot the story with the new crew that showed up.

Glenn is super annoying and a whiny little bitch. If anything, he should be among the first killed off. Herschel is a good character and should probably lead them all.
 
You know TWD is back on the air when this thread is full of posters who seem to hate everyone and everything about the show yet continue to watch and tell everyone else how much they hate it every week.

I'll be honest, I am sorta getting to that point. This latest episode was just not very good. I started off liking the show, especially the concept. I just have not been impressed with most of the recent episodes... I can't seemingly stop watching though because I do want to know what happens. The show has had its moments. I guess I am hoping there are more. Been a bit of a let down lately though!

I wonder the same thing, "Why do I continue watching this show?"

The same reason I continue watching a lot of the shows I don't like but did at one time, a) nothing better to do or nothing better to watch. b) hoping it gets back to the time that I did like the show. c) the redeeming qualities that still exist like he talked about. The asian kid is a lucky bastard that gets the hot chick who is the biggest reason I still watch the show (hot chick not asian dude)
